Whenever I visit a new town, I always look for a local spot for coffee and a mom and Pop breakfast place.. Café Destin was phenomenal!! When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by one of the friendly staff members. When I saw Gouda grits on the menu, I knew I wanted that as one of my sides. THIS is how you make cheese grits. Everything was fresh and tasty. Including my Almond milk latte. The food was also enough to have two meals. I highly highly recommend. This is definitely one of the highlights of my stay.
