5 ⭐️ we were in town for the weekend & found this convenient establishment to offer fresh, tasty affordable food that we couldn't get enough of. That chicken sandwich and sauce 🔥 was easily my favorite. We got to sample the jambalaya and it was also a win !! Employees are awesome. They were very hospitable and welcoming which is a huge part of what makes this place a great option. I highly recommend

We passed by this place several times and kept thinking it looked so good. We finally stopped and so glad we did!! The food was freaking delicious. The chicken cooked and seasoned to perfection. The dippy sauce was so good. The biscuits, heavenly. Katie behind the counter was so friendly and sweet. I'd give it more stars if I could!! (Ps it was a nice change from the touristy restaurants we've been to)

Best time to go is when it first opens up, when the oil is fresh. They tend not to change their fry oil often enough and in the evenings, the oil has a burnt taste that transfers to the chicken.

My son and I went for lunch today. We had the chicken tenders and the 2 pc fried chicken (dark meat), fries and jambalaya. The food was great and the jambalaya was fire. Service was great as well. Definitely recommend.
This place has hands down the best chicken I've ever had juicy,crispy and full of flavor. The french fries where top tear. The guy running it was amazing!

We ordered three 8-piece fried chickens through DoorDash. On the DoorDash menu, the 8-piece was supposed to come with biscuits, fries, and baked beans. Apparently this was a relic of the previous business at the same address, and we received only the chicken with no sides. My wife called to ask about the discrepancy. The manager was very gracious and offered to deliver some biscuits and dirty rice himself. We really appreciated him going out of his way.
The fried chicken was amazing, a step up from Popeyes (which I love -- no disrespect to them). By comparison, the breading was a bit thicker with quite a bit more seasoning, and very crunchy. Everyone enjoyed the sweet cornbread biscuits, dirty rice, and the sauce that came with the chicken as well.
