They have the best toasted coconut ice cream!

Love the chocolates we received! The only problem my family came across were some rude employees… hate it was like that since it was my first time ever visiting this store.

Let me start off by saying, I absolutely love Kilwins and visit the brand frequently. We had an absolutely horrible experience last night at this particular store. The young man and woman working acted as if we were a total inconvenience to them. We purchased an ice cream cone, a caramel apple and some Dubai chocolate truffles. The ice cream cabinet had dropped pieces ice cream all in it, I know this is not typical for the stores. They definitely were not busy and seemed to have plenty of time to play on their cell phones. The caramel apple was horrible, almost tasted old. If the owners would like to check their cameras we were in on 8/11/25 at approximately 8:40. We are extremely sorry we were a burden to the employees.

Pretty disappointed. My female daughter had to use the restroom b/c it was an emergency. One employee was gracious and offered to let her use theirs even though it’s not open to the public. Unfortunately another employee heard the conversation and refused. We understand there are rules, but there’s also decency and understanding. This employee continued to give service with a condescending tone. You can do better kilwins.

Staff was friendly, had some neat items but a pretty small store

We stop here several times on vacation. We love the ice cream and fudge.

Absolutely delicious! Tons of flavors! Great customer service. I had the raspberry sorbet (lactose free) and it was good!! They don’t have many lactose free options which was disappointing but overall a great experience.

Kids love it!

Overpriced compared to other options in the area

We came Sunday for vacation and it’s Thursday and our fudge looks like it has mold. We’ve been several times every vacation and never have had problems until this year. Over $50 worth waisted.

The store was conveniently located on the way to Bass pro shop. We were served in a very timely manner. Plenty of napkins to take after u get ur cone, and cashing out was seamless too. I lived it and will come back again.

It’s expensive but it’s pretty yummy. $5.99 for an ice cream cone, $6.99 with a waffle cone that wasn’t warm. But you can taste free samples before buying and there are lots of caramels and chocolates to buy. The mall is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy your sweet treat! 🍦

I got a caramel apple from here. I was so excited to eat it, but then they put a wrapper on it. Wouldn’t come off and ruined the whole treat.

Kilwins is always great and high quality. Only negative for this location is that their freezer isn't very cold. The ice cream was like soft serve upon initial service. It was ice cream soup before 8 bites. I brought it to the attention of the employee working, but she just said their freezer temps changed daily. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
