Nice Krispy Kreme in Destin! We stopped by b/c the red light was on and we all got a free fresh hot donut. My kids like watching them be made through the window. They were pretty picked over on filled and decorated donuts but we got a coffee and downloaded the app for a discount. All employees were friendly and the bathrooms were clean.

Krispy Kreme in Destin is one of those spots that’s been part of my life for years. I’ve been taking my son here since he was a toddler and it’s still our go to early morning stop. The hot light comes on and those fresh glazed donuts hit you with that warm sugar smell that should honestly be illegal. The staff is always friendly no matter how early it is and they somehow keep the place spotless even when the drive thru is wrapped around the building. The donuts come out airy, warm, and melt faster than my willpower. It’s the perfect local treat before school runs, beach days, or honestly anytime I need to bribe my kid or myself. One of the most consistent spots in Destin and an easy five stars.

Staff are very disrespectful when it comes to doordashing. now I’m a CNA and I DoorDash as a side hustle job to have extra cash coming in and today I walked in to pick up an order and a very young little girl who looked 18-19 was telling me how to pick up an order when she saw me standing at the register. She unnecessarily showed me where they keep orders and I told her I already know how DoorDash works it’s pretty common sense. I told her that I’m just looking to take a PICTURE of the receipt. She didn’t understand what I said so she proceeded with saying, “we don’t give door dasher receipts” I said “I KNOW this too, I said I want a PICTURE”. To the staff members, members, DoorDash REQUIRES us to take pictures of receipts I wasn’t specifically asking to GET the receipt I just needed a picture so I can proceed with delivering. Also, please do not jump into conclusions about door dashing. If we need help, we will ASK. Please work on communicating and instead of assuming that door dashers don’t understand how to DoorDash, next time start by asking someone, “can I assist you with anything?” Instead of jumping into conclusions!

we came in during veterans day for free donuts and we just got a chocolate creme donut. there was one lady working the drive thru and front counter so we were patient. delicious donut and good coffee!

Went to pick up an order theu the drive thru. Sat there forever so I drove around and the guy just stared at me so I honked the horn to get his attention. He’s mad I honked the horn and cries about it. Obviously he’s not happy where’s he at in life and with that attitude it’s never gonna change. I just left with out it , will not be eating there until they get rid of the circus clown.
We came through the drive thru and the person was not very welcoming and wasn't listening when taking our order. We had to repeat twice. They didnt let us know they were out of a flavor until we were at the window. They showed no customer service. Box was just shoved out the window with our debit card on top which almost fell. No receipt. No napkins. When we got home and saw the original glazed donuts they were much smaller than normal. Like mini ones. The lemon filled also seemed old.
