We just went through drive thru for our Sunday morning order after church. We were trying to figure out if the kiddos wanted sprinkles or not, the speaker mumbled something through and my husband said, “One moment, please.” In which the employee SHOUTED, “I JUST told you ONE moment,” with so much attitude we drove off shocked.

We stopped here during our trip to Destin and were greeted with such hospitality by Dammon and a few other employees. We felt soo welcomed that we just had to stop again on our way out. Come to find out Dammon is a new manager at this store so just give him some (much deserved) patience and you won’t be disappointed! The donuts were great the coffee was good and hot, the milk was fresh and cold. If you’re lucky enough to get a fresh cinnamon roll it will literally “melt in your mouth”. In our next trip, we will DEFINITELY be back !

I came here with my husband, and we got a glazed donut which was clearly made to order. It was so warm, moist and perfect. He also got a drink what she liked. I will say the customer service here just was not that good. Honestly, it was almost virtually nonexistent.

The lady with all the face tattoos was extremely rude and rushed us horribly. I don’t know if she was overwhelmed by taking drive through orders and then getting us the donuts we wanted but the way she spoke to us was very condescending. As someone who works in customer service I was almost embarrassed for her to treat my grandmother that way and then be all nice and cheery to the people in drive through. The guy who rang us up though was very nice!
Don’t know if we will revisit this location with the way she treated us.

Yeah I’m not eating at this establishment anymore. It’s 10:30 when I get to the parking lot and they already turning off the lights. Counting the register like it’s 12 and it’s not.

Staff was taking care of business!! Hats off to the folks working here. They have to put up with all of us out of towners. They were doing it well this morning.

Rude staff! Inept Staff! Online order placed at 9:44am for 10:30 pickup..I arrived at 11:00 am and was told in drive-thru she was only one working and could I come in. After having to exit and re-enter the parking lot because of their layout, I made it inside to first be told (by one of 5 other staff members I saw) they were getting me Hot glazed donuts, THEN they told me - oh. by the way we're OUT of 9 of the donuts you ordered?! I received a CONFIRMATION email of my order - Why did it Allow me to MAKE the order, and why didn't anyone let me know they were out or respond by text to my order - or tell me that in the drive thru and then issue a refund immediately? Hmm because she was downright RUDE. She said My order was placed just Seconds after they ran out - sure, sure. Told me I'd have to get online to get the refund...This is the 2nd time this store has shown availability of items on the website and then NOT had them once you get there...Bait/Switch - NEVER again...burning locals twice will only get you bad reviews to Tourists too.

The food was good, but the service was absolutely awful. I waited over 40 minutes for a pickup order. Everyone in the lobby and drive thru was helped before the mobile orders. One of the workers proceeded to yell at people to go to the drive thru. The ceiling was also falling apart over the counter and appeared to be growing mold. Would give service a zero if I could. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in an establishment before.

Today I stop to get 2 dz and box off coffee.
Truck stock on drive thru. Was ask to go inside. Specting girl very helpful. I ask if I could pay while waiting. I was in a bit of a rush. Specting girl ask girl serving coffee to help me out because I was in a bot of a rush. Girl with tattoos serving coffee reaction, I am in a rush to pay my bills also. Specting girl look at me embarrassed.
I am a District Manager, that is the kind of employees that drive your customers away.
Just wanted to make you aware.
