We stopped here during our trip to Destin and were greeted with such hospitality by Dammon and a few other employees. We felt soo welcomed that we just had to stop again on our way out. Come to find out Dammon is a new manager at this store so just give him some (much deserved) patience and you won’t be disappointed! I came here with my husband, and we got a glazed donut which was clearly made to order. It was so warm, moist and perfect. He also got a drink what she liked. I will say the customer service here just was not that good. Honestly, it was almost virtually nonexistent.

The lady with all the face tattoos was extremely rude and rushed us horribly. I don’t know if she was overwhelmed by taking drive through orders and then getting us the donuts we wanted but the way she spoke to us was very condescending. As someone who works in customer service I was almost embarrassed for her to treat my grandmother that way and then be all nice and cheery to the people in drive through. The guy who rang us up though was very nice!
