Completely worst service.. it was like she didn't want to be here or make some juices. Then, since we were waiting, another customer walked in, and she was just like I will be right with you, which was ok but then she was like well if you want to wait cuase It's gonna be a while.. witch, it was just us and another customer in front... I completely understand that you have people but you don't tell the customer you can wait o not.

Was excited to get my first açaí bowl of the summer, here. And it did not disappoint! We enjoyed it on the way to the beach. And both bowls were very good! The server was as sweet as could be as well! Def returning!

Loved this place while I was in Destin for vacation! The tropical açaí bowl was my favorite and I had it a few times while I was there…I added the almond slices and it was the perfect lunch on the beach…would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

I am so in love with this place ! Awesome acai quality and customer service. The girl working there, grazy was so nice and they have so many food options to choose but make sure you check out the acai bowls. Also the interior is so nice and if you don't want to sit inside they have chairs and tables outside!

Went in for a pickup order, the lady just stared at me so I told her I was picking up and she didn’t say a single word the whole time I was in there. Very rude. I got two açaí bowls and they were obviously filled with added sugar, they didn’t taste natural at all. Had a very syrupy texture. Next time I’ll be driving the extra ten minutes to Formula Fresh instead.

Waited almost 30 minutes for 3 drinks. Lady working was Extremely slow, I was the only one in there for most of the 30 minutes I was there, there weren't a bunch of people ahead of me. I have been to Kwench many times before, unfortunately I probably wont be going back, drinks we're subpar at best, Not Happy!

Good açaí bowls, haven’t tried the other options but if they are as good as the açaí bowl I’m sure it’s great, I would like to see more local grown fruit sold there and it would set it apart from the rest and make it even better
We got an old fashion smoothie with almond milk and it was warm not cold at all. Then we was tempted to buy the kale salad but then we notice it’s a Sam club sticker at the bottom of the container. So we look it up and they have the exact same kale salad at Sam’s club for $5. People are expecting to buy fresh products from you guys not store salads and reselling them.
