Went there for dinner. Service was good. We had: Chopped steak, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad. Pork chops and loaded baked potato. Everything was good.

Loved the wait staff! Our waiter was funny, very attentive, and just brought an awesome personality to the table which is hard to find in large chain restaurants. They were all very accommodating!

We're not easily impressed by service or food, as we Argentinians are used to eating high-quality, well-cooked meat. Today, however, we were delighted by Elena's service and the excellent meal. From the appetizers to the dessert, it was a 10/10!

I did a pick up order for 4 o’clock. They were not Crowded at all. Got a ribeye with a loaded, baked potato, and a Caesar salad. I asked for plastic silverware, did not receive it. The Caesar salad consisted of a half filled container of romaine lettuce. No cheese, no croutons no dressing. I called the store to let them know of the mistake and they asked me if I was coming back. I told them no because I had already crossed the bridge. They said come get it tomorrow. They didn’t get my name my number, nothing nor did they offer an apology. It takes two seconds to double check An order. Sure would’ve been nice to have a Caesar salad with my meal that I ordered I guess it’s my fault for not double checking the bag and trusting that Everything would be there.

Even though seating was available they took 15 minutes to seat us. Then it took waitress. Few minutes to get our orders. It seemed to me that they just didn’t have enough staff per customers needed. Our waitress was amazing. Food was ok have had better other longhorns. Overall it’s ok would still eat there. Just expect a wait on everything.

My husband and I have eaten at LongHorn Steakhouse in Destin, FL twice in the last few months. Both times we were seated promptly; and greeted warmly by a server. My husband loves their French Onion Soup and their fried shrimp with peppers. I always order the NY Strip medium rare and the loaded baked potato. Every dish we have ordered has been cooked to perfection!!! If you haven't been to LongHorn I highly recommend it! The service is outstanding and the cost is reasonable.
