Good was meh/ fish portions kind of small. Burger was good & atmosphere was nice with music. Server had a hard time figuring out how to divide bills in a big party

A fun place to eat. The wait was long for both our seat and our food, but we came around spring break. There is an arcade, sand toys, and bag toss for the kids while they wait. You can sort of see the sunset. We had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food after we ordered but all food was hot when it came out.

Everything was slow during our visit. 15 minutes waiting in line for drinks. 1.5 hours for a table. Over an hour wait after we ordered our food. Food was cold and the server was extremely rude and inattentive. Never asked if we wanted another drink, never offered a water refill, our food (party of 6) came out at different times and it was cold when it finally arrived. My oldest daughter was asking for a to-go box before my wife and I were served. We spent 3.5 hours to eat a cold dinner that was not even good. The only redeeming quality was the atmosphere and live entertainment. Maybe it was an off night but we won’t be back. We spent $300 for a very disappointing experience. Save your time and money…

The fresh catch of the day was DEFINITELY FROZEN!! And you see where the Shrimp is from?? Great view below average service and horrible food. Stay away from the “fresh catch”

We visited on a Friday night around 6:30pm in March. It wasn't busy and our party of 10 was seated quickly. We had a nice view of the bay. Our server Brittany did okay but wasn't great. They automatically add 18% gratuity, and she served like she knew she didn't have to work for it. Slow to refill drinks. Didn't bring lemons until we asked twice. Didn't have enough silverware at the table. She didn't clear dishes so that when entrees came, we still had salad and soup bowls in the way. The people that served the food didn't clear the dishes either. They also didn't put the plates in front of you. In fact, the person bringing the food agitatedly said "take it" when I didn't realize he wasn't going to put it down. A broom and dustpan were left at our table. The food was good and the atmosphere was too. There was a guy playing guitar that made the evening nice. We also got some nice family photos. I had seafood gumbo and shrimp tacos. The gumbo was good but less than "award winning". Tacos were good. My wife had the crab melt and it was tasty. She didn't think it was as good as what we get from the local bar where we live, but I thought it was better. You could really taste the crab. Here wine as served in a plastic cup. Our 14yo son had grouper tacos and they were delicious. Our 9yo daughter had mac and cheese and liked it. This place is great for kids because they can play outside in the sand by the water while you wait for food. Great place to chill, despite the poor service.
Kid-friendliness: Sand and waterfront for kids to play while you wait for food.

We spent $120 for two adults and three kids (drinking water), and no one left full. My wife got a gluten free sandwich but had symptoms of eating gluten a few hours later. I had the seafood gumbo and onion rings. The gumbo was lame and tasted mostly like okra, and the onion rings tasted exactly like a Texas Roadhouse cactus blossom but with much less food and more expensive. We were seated right away, but it took a long time for our server to come and then a long wait for the food. The sand area for the kids to play seemed kind of cool, but when kids started kicking and throwing sand in people's food while parents did nothing, it lost its appeal. The live musician was nice, playing a chill acoustic.

Always a good place to go, lots of tourists. Usually have a band, it is a great atmosphere. The food is usually average, gumbo was bland, french fries were cold. Service was good, real busy this time of year.

This was the worst dining experience I ever had. After placing my order they took an hour to bring out my parties food. They then forgot one persons food, spilled another, and told one that they were out after an hour of waiting. On top of that I found a sharp plastic shard in my burger that would have caused serious damage. And the cherry on top was that we then got charged for the property tax on the building on our check. Never go here. Bad food, terrible service

Food not worth the $$$. Greasy and overcooked
Fry cook asleep at wheel? Shrimp were strong in iodine flavor, tough and hard to chew. Fish sandwich was fishy. Maybe an off day but now days can’t gamble with that kind of money, need more places that provide consistently good food.

Long wait for service as my husband and I listened to conversation/ gossip from 3 staff girls standing around reservations desk. Decided to sit at bar since we were ignored to get a table, 20 minute wait there till someone finally came to us. Only 2 other people at bar.
Great place for families though with outdoor beach area. Prices not bad and gumbo good!

We came with a group of 10, and it was hard to sit us as they refused to put tables together. They were not busy. They wanted to put us at a 8 person table and have the rest of our party sit at another table. We had to ask a third time to sit all together at one of their chair/bench tables. Once we were seated, everything went well from there. Food was good. I did get the Jerk sandwich, and it was bland. The grouper sandwich and green tomatoes were delicious, though.
There's a gift stop once you enter the restaurant.
The bathroom was clean and so was the restaurant.

I ordered the shrimp poor boy and it was OK, but I won't order it again. The shrimp didn't taste fresh but frozen. I was with a handicap person and the walk to the outdoor ramp was alittle far for a handicap person. They sat us at the outdoor bar which was ok but it would of been nicer to be where we could see the water. I feel it took alittle longer to get service since the outdoor bar was alittle busy. The fries were not hot and fresh. The atmosphere was nice because of the nice day we were having.i probably won't be back with my handicap friend, restaurant wasn't really friendly to her walking so far.

Greeted at the door pleasantly. Waiter was extremely slow and it wasn’t busy on a Monday. Apps came, had to ask for extra dishes and silverware, plus cocktail sauce. It took forever for the food to come. I had BLT, one tomato, plenty of bacon and big lettuce. Had to ask about the fries as it said they came with it, but didn’t. Waiter brought them. Not as good as other years. Not sure if I’ll return.
