Very Busy when we arrived with a group of 14, but smiled and took our orders. Every order was right and the gentlemen were friendly. My only complaint would be that the trash was very full and the napkins were empty. But the ice cream was great!

This place was not good . If you can avoid it , please do . The taste of the ice cream is not worth what you pay for . The service wasn’t good either . The guys working there are just on their phones .

Staff was insanely busy but very fast and professional

This was a waste. Our ice cream melted as they handed it to us. My son was covered in melted ice cream within 5 mins of entering the store. The coffee shake was literally half chocolate syrup and tasted bitter. Upon checking our, our order was over $40 for 3 people and we had to throw most of it away.

Really good ice cream - understand that the ice cream flavors r basic and you get the add ins mixed in at the end. $8 for small ice cream but in a waffle cone a small was a regular size - not bad value.

$42 bucks,ridiculous for 3 cones,it’s real soft and almost ready to melt,no chairs inside,why?,101 degrees outside,a melted mess with the kids,they didn’t even get the chance to enjoy it,won’t be back

Typical Marble Slab creamery, has great ice cream at affordable prices. We went here 3 times on our beach trip as the kids loved it.

Thus would have been our 2nd trip to this place for milkshakes . Even tho it's hi cost wit was good on out first trip.. now for our 2nd trip they open at 11:30am yet when you walk in 11:45 we are told that they are not set up yet to serve any ice-cream. If that's the case why turn the lights on ? Why open the door ?

Stale cones, horrible service, melting icecream! Don't rush us when we are spending this much for ice cream. I'm so glad there are choices in Destin because we certainly won't go back to that establishment.

Ordered a vanilla ice cream with brownie and cookie dough. It's VERY bitter. I've never had bitter ice cream, let alone something this bitter. It's akin to mixing soap into your meal on accident.I tried called the restaurant 3 times, maybe they are busy, but it góe straight to voicemail.I just want to know why it taste like this.
