Delicious ice cream, clean, and quiet environment. Close enough to eat ice cream on the beach. Gentleman behind the ice cream bar was super nice!

terrible customer service

The black guy with the bad hair cut and bad attitude was so rude. Mood and attitude was horrible! NO EYE CONTACT WIYH CUSTOMERS. Screaming whos next, instead of saying can i help whos next. We came from out of town and wanted some ice cream so we came here. Instantly he was mad and irritated that we asked to sample flavors. Just go to ICE CREAM SHOPPE.ZERO STARS IF I COULD. NEVER COMING BACK

we came in on a whim and unfortunately wasn’t greeted by the man behind the counter. we ordered the cheesecake ice cream with heath bar and caramel. it was very good but the customer service wasn’t really the greatest. we just ordered and he rang us up then were out.

it won’t deter us from coming again as they had lots of other flavors i’d like to try.

TRASH....... not a single greeting. Not friendly people at ALL.
Milkshake was loose didn't feel like going back in to ask for correction. Not the marble slab taste I am use too... wasted money & my time.

Very rude customer service. The one reason it’s not 1 star is the ice cream is so good… we walked in and no one said anything to us. I smiled and the guy half smiled then returned to a frown without ever saying hello, nothing!! What on earth!?! Finally another guy walks over and takes our orders. Rudest customer service. Looks like other reviews say the same thing but managers have done absolutely nothing about it. If management even cares.. probably not.

The customer service here is terrible. The workers aren't friendly at all. Also, $10 for a small ice cream with one mix in is highway robbery. We won't be back.

this place was disrespectful, we was trying to figure out what we want and the whole time they were rushing us and when we walked in the worker said “just walk right in like you own the place” we thought he was joking around at first but then he said if we don’t hurry we cant get anything, then they were talking about us right in front of us, i don’t recommend going here.

The issue with this location is definitely not the product... but the service. Man working the counter was on his phone the entire time, never even acknowledged us and acted as though we were an inconvenience to his phone call. He even went as far to make a comment to my wife about how she should've ordered a strawberry smoothie before my daughter ordered a strawberry banana smoothie... Ive worked in customer service for 10 years and I understand being annoyed with customers but Jesus this was awful and I will not be returning

Our family's visit to Marble Slab Creamery in Destin was pure delight. Watching our custom ice cream creations mixed on the frozen slab was half the fun! The flavors were incredible, and the staff was so friendly and patient. It's the perfect sweet treat after a day at the beach, leaving everyone happy and refreshed. A definite family favorite!

IF YOU LOVE HOMEMADE ICE CREAM AND THEN FIXED IT YOU WAY. THIS IS IT.!!!!!@@@
