The issue with this location is definitely not the product... but the service. Man working the counter was on his phone the entire time, never even acknowledged us and acted as though we were an inconvenience to his phone call. He even went as far to make a comment to my wife about how she should've ordered a strawberry smoothie before my daughter ordered a strawberry banana smoothie... Ive worked in customer service for 10 years and I understand being annoyed with customers but Jesus this was awful and I will not be returning

Our family's visit to Marble Slab Creamery in Destin was pure delight. Watching our custom ice cream creations mixed on the frozen slab was half the fun! The flavors were incredible, and the staff was so friendly and patient. It's the perfect sweet treat after a day at the beach, leaving everyone happy and refreshed. A definite family favorite!

We come here every summer, they have the best ice cream. I always get the strawberry shortcake, I would recommend it, it is delicious!

It was good but very pricey.

I got a fudge brownie delight and cookies and cream shake, they were delicious. The staff was very helpful and even though the store was very busy they handled my order quickly.

Terrible service. Rude staff to us and other customers for no reason.

my husband's milkshake was straight sad, unflavored, foamy milk, my own ice cream was crazy runny. The taste is very mid, not worth it at all.

Great ice cream!! We all got different flavors and they all tasted great! I had the cotton candy ice cream with sprinkles and m&ms, another had chocolate with more chocolate … the options are very endless here! Inside was clean and inviting. If we are back in the area we will definitely have to come back!

Worst marble slab I have ever been to. Horrible service. Everyone acted like they did not want to be there. Ordered buttered pecan ice cream and did not have a single pecan or anything added. It was plain vanilla. Would five 0 stars if I could.

Very Busy when we arrived with a group of 14, but smiled and took our orders. Every order was right and the gentlemen were friendly. My only complaint would be that the trash was very full and the napkins were empty. But the ice cream was great!

This place was not good . If you can avoid it , please do . The taste of the ice cream is not worth what you pay for . The service wasn’t good either . The guys working there are just on their phones .
