The food is clearly put together with the least amount of effort possible and good luck speaking to the staff if they don't completely ignore you it will seem like speaking to them is a huge inconvenience. On the upside the dining area is usually clean and almost always empty.

I want to start by saying the reason this place got 4 stars is because of the layout and also the fact that i didn’t really see any workers while there however i am understanding of that because they were so busy and i placed online anyway so im not worried about seeing anyone but i did notice a few people waiting to speak to someone and i think there just wasn’t enough people for how high volume and busy this store is considering its in such a busy area theres also no soda machine in the lobby so if someone wanted a refill they’d have to wait on the workers who are very busy to notice them waiting inside and take their refill. I dont think its any of the workers fault of this but more so management. I got my food in a timely manner and my order was all made correct :)

Destin mcds definitely needs some help. They are way overpriced compared to mcds up north as in the northern United States. They ALWAYS get our orders wrong and then have terrible attitudes when we try to get it fixed. If they get something wrong, which they always do, we try to handle it right then but they make us go around first even though they're the ones who messed up. we shouldn't have to wait for a line again. They don't take certain coupons or discounts if they can't figure it out. But it's their app and that's not the customers fault. They just say oh well it's not working. Now I discovered that they have no soda machine in the lobby! That's a definite no go. Doesn't the manager or owner realize that that's going to make their service even worse? Everybody needs a refill when they're eating at McDonald's but now we have to go ask them for a refill while they're busy and huffing and puffing that they have to do something for us. It causes such a weird vibe. Someone needs to do something

This McDonald’s sucks. They constantly mess up orders and or forget your sauce in every meal. I ordered a 6 piece chicken nugget. They left out my sauce I had to ask the girl at the window for it. As well as they gave me a 4 count when I ordered 6 count. As well as they take forever be prepared to wait. I’ve been here multiple times and have had other issues before.
