PLEASE CHECK THE CAMERAS ON THIS ONE !! I was at this particular location around 5:00 pm today .. I sat around waiting at the drive thru upon arrival.. with no greeting or anything .. not one word said .. I sat for over 12 minutes waiting on a “Hi “ or Hello.. or “Give me a second .. I’ll be right with you…” my vehicle was indeed the only vehicle in the entire drive-thru .. after 12 mins or so .. I decided to cut my loses and go else where .. but as I was leaving .. right there .. in perfect view .. was the drive thru guy .. he’s always at work there and wears glasses .. I have no clue what his name is but today we’re calling him ( Miserable Michael) …this guy truly feels like He is The Greatest Man GOD ever created .. & That The World owes him something .. he’s just a very rude guy .. who literally watched me leave and waived me off .. i will say that I and this disgruntled gentleman have never ever had any type of bad anything .. I just think today .. he finally said .. screw this place .. screw that guy outside in the drive thru .. and this is why I’m reporting this guy ! I’m a loyal customer.. who lives right behind this location .. and I’ve been forced to go to another McDonalds which is 10-15 minutes away because The guy on duty today was on Santa’s Naughty List & decided to make me pay for it! Shame on You “Miserable Michael”!! And just FYI I understand that this review will probably reach some owner .. who does not give a crap ! It’s obvious by looking at the previous reviews .. and a 3.2 rating which truly just buffers my entire Rant today on here ! To the owner .. Kind Sir or Madam .. Your running a Destin Business.. With a Defuniak Springs Visual of success .. Anyone can squash grapes but only The Rare ones can make wine !

This is my home McDonald's. They do a very good job being consistent. I always get great service, and the food is better than a lot of other locations. Hope the staff has a Merry Christmas.

I wish I could give 0 stars because 1 seems like too much for this location. They have by far the worst service I’ve ever seen out of a McDonald’s and that’s saying something. The workers are lazy and rude everytime you ask them a question. They don’t complete simple requests that every other McDonald’s has completed (small cup of onions on the side) and are just woefully inadequate in just about every category. Everytime I eat at this location I leave upset about something and that’s not how it should be.

Why do people that own or manage a business not have employees that show some type of appreciation for doing business there. My drive up experience was met with a skowl and not one word was said during the trip. Just terrible

Placed mobile order on app. Waited 20 minutes at the store in Spot 1. Store wasn’t busy in drive through or dining room, but yet no one brought my food. Phone rang repeatedly when I tried calling; no one answered. There was no line or customers when I had to go inside (not really dressed to do so) to get my order. Employee walked right up to me when I approached the counter and handed me my order without saying a word…NOTHING, no kiss my butt, thank you…NOTHING. Apparently, she was waiting for me to come inside and get it myself. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Turn the Mobile Ordering OFF if no one is going to run it. I would’ve at least went through the drive through if I’d known no one was servicing the app orders. This is not the first time I’ve had to go inside to get my Mobile Order from this location. Fortunately, my food was good, but I will not waste another 20 minutes waiting to pick up my preordered “fast food” again. I’ll go somewhere that values the customer’s time.

I ordered a mc crispy deluxe, a mc rib and a large fries… everything was bad lol, first they took forever to make the food, literally like 18 minutes at least, (drive thru) the mc crispy didn’t had any more than the chicken which was soak wet and nasty, they forgot everything else, the fries were so hard to eat bc they put tons of salt, im not exaggerating, they put a lot of salt idk why lol, and the mc rib was the saddest thing but at the same time the best thing of this order 😂 im so angry though, please don’t expend any money in this mc donalds

I rarely eat fast food. But when I do McDonald’s French fries are my driving force. Nobody buy a large fry. Because this is what your extra money gets.

Staff is terrible here. The manager refused to serve my dad because he wanted 3 syrups for his pancakes. If you have no service skills how do you end up as the manager? Hopefully this dump goes out of business because obviously the owners don't care about it.
