Terrible!!!
I drove thru this morning basically to return a lunch item I had purchased the day before because it was made incorrectly. I did order breakfast .The lady at the drive thru told me she did not work yesterday and when I go to window 2 to talk to the manager.. Ok so I order my breakfast and when I get to window 2 where the manager was supposed to be a lady told me we don't do lunch and I would have to come back at lunch time. Oh and did I have the receipt. No but I had the sandwich they made incorrectly. She didn't care and told me to have a good day.
Service is terrible. Tried to go by an hour before they closed and they wouldn’t accept an order.

Food looked like it had been refried twenty times before they finally served it and they couldn't be bothered to open the playplace for the day. Assuming they didn't want to have to clean it. I drive all the way out to this location for my daughter to be able to play there. That is all
This place needs to be inspected by the health department like yesterday. . It is disgusting. It smells like sewer. I asked for the manager, he is just wearing a hoodie covering his name tag, he didn't want to respond or anything. The windows at drive through are extremely tinted, can't see anything through. BE careful with your credit card information. The lady stared at me, was sarcastic, smiled, only gives you a receipt if you ask. I refuse to eat there had to go inside and ask for a refund and that's when the scent of poo hits you in the face. They seem to be very sneaky and no one cares. They don't want there jobs. Just shut them down and fire them and fine them. They are very neglectful, all of them to safety and being sanitary. Disgusting. Please don't bring your kids there!

Can usually deal with the rude attitudes of most of the employees but several times I’ve gone at 10:30 pm and I’ll pull up to the stall and they ask me if I’m using the mobile app, I say no and then never hear anything back from the employees on the mic. I’ll sit there for 5+ minutes saying hello but they’ll never answer. Just left and went to Culver’s 3 times in the last month. If yall don’t want to be open that late, change your freaking hours then. This store is a joke
Food was okay. Service was terrible. Had to order at the kiosk because no one would come to register. They left my food on the counter and walked away. The lobby was disgusting. The place smelled like it had a sewer leak.

My husband and I went through the drive-thru TWICE only to be ignored TWICE. We pulled up to the first windows, where we were ignored again. This was around 10:55 pm on Dec 2nd

POOR CUSTOMER SERVES
Came here with family at 5:30 pm on Saturday the place had one other customer inside not busy at all , I had to wipe
the table with a napkin the place was not clean the beverage area sticky nasty. We have ordered from kiosk spent over $50 on food. My teenage son wanted some water so I told him to go to register and ask for a water cup. No one was around register area for a wile when a worker finally appeared my son asked him for a water cup He was told to wait , After waiting for over 10 minutes I come up to register and asked why is it taking so long The manager responded we’re really busy and we don’t give out water cups for free. I asked why did they not tell him in advance and just made him wait he Responded With a rude attitude WELL WE DO NOT GIVE OUT FREE WATER. CUPS

He’s said No you have to go to a kiosk and order a water cup from there.
Ridiculous I have never heard anything like this before never had to pay for a water cup either at any McDonald locations.
Definitely would not be coming back to this location customer services just nonexistent
