I would give this place a negative score if I could. We waited half an hour for cold food two times in a row. I would have left if we hadn't already paid. Zero effort. Zero apologies. Do yourself a favor and skip this location entirely.

Horrible staff, we just left the place, me and three kids and it was the most disgusting attitude of the staff that works there. I was asking for a manager after other party was waiting for at least 5 min to be acknowledged , he ignored me so I took a pic of him! He should not work anywhere with his nasty attitude, I told my kids I would never walk in this place again. Just feel sorry for the owner/owners because they will loose all their customers.

Awful costumer service. I went through drive thru first and the lady who briefly took my order completely ignored me during the middle of my order. I told her what I wanted and during the middle of the conversation, she flipped over to the next car that just pulled up and took his order completely then went back to me. This is NOT how you should take orders! I got assertive with her and she didn’t like that. I said, “you don’t ever flip flop between customers. Whoever was the first costumer, you focus on that person first THEN proceed with the next costumer.” That woman is all over the place!!
Whoever is in charge, I beg you to talk to whoever is taking orders through the drive thru about how she’s been taking peoples orders because constantly flip flopping between costumers is incredibly disrespectful considering I was completely ignored while she flipped over to the other costumer.

Terrible drive thru experience! Pink hoodie pink bonnet wearing chick ignored my order and went on to the white dude with the white truck and trailer. Cancelled my mobile order after I was ignored! I hate this staff!! Don’t go there!!!

Food was terrible, fries were burnt (old grease). You could tell that the fryers hadn't been changed on a minute. Buns were dried out and crusty on our chicken sandwiches. Something was wrong with drink station. CO2 definitely was off and made the drinks taste bad. Paid $23 when a few years back would have only cost $15 or less

Seriously don’t come here unless you want some cackling hens to talk instead of taking your order, you want them to make your order completely wrong, and you want to be completely ignored when you try to call them to tell them about the issue. I’ve been trying to call them for 30 min now and it’s just ringing.
The fact that I was in the midst of all these restaurants and drove to this store was a sad mistake. Guy at window was unfriendly, and couldn't count change. Mcchicken plain was obvious cooked at lunch, horribly dry over cooked, can tell the buns had been out all day. Hamburgers old and dry. Everything was awful with a foul aftertaste including the fries. Only us and one other customer. Extremely dissapointed. Never again.

Awful sat at the drive through with a mobile order, nobody ever came on the intercom. I pulled up to the window and someone eventually comes by and tells to just go back around. Do so, wait another two minutes and gave up. Please never come here if you value your time or sanity. Dude acted like a punk too.

We stopped at 6:20 am and I ordered oatmeal. Imagine my surprise when I took a big bite of COLD oatmeal! So disappointed.
