Theres 1 ladie at the pay window(usually has on a head band/hairband I think) whenever I come thru. She always has a smile and is always polite. Make for a great experience.

No organization what so ever. Ordered through kiosk first, then at the end it said to order at counter which no one was there....took 5mins for someone to acknowledge us. Placed order and took another 5-10 mins to get it without cups. Went to ask and they said we received them already (clearly not) had to talk to 2 employees just to get our cups. Most of everyone in line had the same experience and most of them had orders all messed up and didn't receive the correct items and had to go back in line and dispute there issues. Did not receive some of our breakfast so my wife went back up and had get also back in line to receive our items. Pop was flat out of the dispenser. Just a very bad experience.

The restaurant was a hot mess! The lobby looked like if it weren’t cleaned at all during the day. The restrooms were worse! We are tourists and the McDonald’s where we are from are nothing like this. My nuggets were hard and old. Never ever coming back to this place.

Worst McDonald in USA. Me and my family spent one hour on the drive thru, when we got to the window they said that two products wasn’t available, they did not refund the money.
Customer service extremely poor, please give you a favor and dont come to this McDonald.

Usually come here but must be new staff.
Didn’t give us our whole order but fixed pretty fast. Hadbrowns were overdone and for 40 bucks for breakfast we could have gone elsewhere.
The staff literally messed up every customers order so it was chaotic. There seems to be a disconnect somewhere.
Male restroom was foul and the sink had pvc pipe sticking out at the faucet. Might be a health dept issue. 🤢
Play area for kids was fine and a plus.
Park in the back of the lot so you can get out. Horrible service caused massive back ups of cars and took 15 minutes just to leave.
If I owned this place I’d have a come to Jesus with the manager.
Might ride up the street and hit whataburger at least they are consistent.

This was my first time here. The customer service was awful!!! I don't understand why people work in a place they don't like. My experience was very unpleasant. I ordered food for 4 kids and it was trouble to bag the meals separately when I asked while placing the order. I asked for three extra bags after I received the bagged meal and the young girl at the window had a nasty attitude about it. I did not appreciate that at all and that is unacceptable.
They should shut this location down. Staff is useless, can’t even take orders, cant replace receipt paper, fries are burnt and cold. Burger is made wrong. Didn’t get my sauce. Ice machine is half broken, drinks dont have enough syrup, 1 menu board is flickering. Worst example of a Mcdonalds I’ve seen

Ordered a pancake breakfast. When they handed me my order I asked for syrup and they said they were out of syrup. They did not bother telling me or even offer to refund my money when I had pancakes with no syrup. No way to run a business
