The cookies have always been good but was so was very disappointed when I went on Tuesday and the hours were reduced 11-5 so was not able to get any cookies but I understood so made sure to go back Friday right at 11 and then there was a sign on the door we are closed till Monday. Just shut it down if you cannot staff it is so frustrating to make two trips and your store is never open.

I don’t even want to leave one star this place is never open when it says on the door they’re open and online they’re open they are not there. Came four days in a row and been closed everyday. I will tell everyone i see do not give this place any business !!!!!!

It started out rough with the icee machine not working but the employee was super nice and the cookies (for what they are) were fresh and tasted great. Need a cookie - this is a great stop.

On July 05, 2022 I went inside Mrs. Fields Cookies to purchase three dozen of cookies for my family and friends. Upon entering the store and trying to pick out which cookies I wanted, I observed flies crawling all over the cookies. Upon bringing it to the clerk attention , the cook over heard and said, " It is nothing we can do about the flies, when the door open they come in". I immediately told her that was filthy and brought to her attention that flies lay maggots. I immediately left and went elsewhere to purchase.

Let me start by saying I have a vacation home in destin and my family and I come and visit several times a year. Mrs fields is always a favorite spot of ours because we have a divided household of cookie flavor lovers. We came the other day and 2 young ladies were so amazing with us and my loud energetic daughters. The ladies had daughters also and so we ended up spending quite a bit of time with them just conversing and swapping “war stories” of sorts. Well my daughter and I came in again today and tried to order some cookie cake slices. There weren’t any in the display case so I asked the woman behind the counter if she had any more or if they were completely out. She rudely asked how many I needed and than hollered for someone in the back to box up my slices. She threw the boxes at the young lady and told her to box them up for this guy and then pointed to me. The scolded young lady was so sweet and apologetic and very helpful and took the time to see which ones my daughter and I would like best. The rude woman made me feel bad for wanting or asking for something out of her reach. You could tell that one woman there was meant for customer service and the other one definitely was not. The quality of the cookies were perfect as always and we will continue to come. Just hoping this lady doesn’t help us again or anyone for that matter. You can tell people bother her and so maybe a new career choice would be best for her!

Today we came in and got a wonderful cinnamon swirl cookie. Along with a Cookie sandwich. Both were perfection. Very fresh, soft and chewy. The case looked beautiful.There were three beautiful cookie angels behind the counter.So friendly.Definitely will be back.Thank you so much to the wonderful staff.

We were told their delivery truck was running behind, so they didn’t have a large selection. That’s probably why the cookies we bought tasted 3 days old, and after one bite we trashed the rest. Not necessarily indicative of their usual quality, but today was bad.

Not sure what happened to the quality of their goods. Paid $5 for 2 small cookies ... tasted nothing like I remembered when Mrs Fields used to be the bomb! It was stale and went in the trash . What disappointment.
