This place was the best place we ate in Destin, while on a week long vacation. Food was excellent and the server we had was super. We made sure to let her manager know. I had the the steak and shrimp with baked potato and asparagus. It was delicious. It was nice and quiet the Thursday night we went and it was after 9pm. This was the first time I've never eaten ate Outback, however, the other members of my party have. First impress was, I can't believe I've never eaten here before.

I want to share our experience with our server Heaven tonight 8/12/25! We live in Niceville, and love coming to this location. We had the best experience tonight with Heaven. Everything was on point, and she checked on us multiple times. She is friendly and efficient! She is an asset to your location! Please recognize her for a job well done! Was waiting for an online order she had told me the order was ready and only had to grab the drinks real fast which wasn’t a problem. Then 20 minutes pass by and I’m still waiting. So then I try to knock bc the doors are all closed. So I look to see if she was there she ignores me then walks away. Another lady came out to tell me she was bagging it now I told her that the previous woman told me it was already finished she just needed to get the drinks so I wasn’t happy about the obvious lie she had told me. She comes out with the food then the three drinks and I ask for a drink carrier and she told me no. When I saw them sitting on the table right through the window. I told her this and she said they were for the kids cups only? So I said ok that’s fine can I try to use them and she rudely replies no again “you should have brought your own”?? What? So seems to me the bigger older woman named KAY is just a rude slow liar. Idk if that’s even her actual name as she is a liar and probably lied about that as well. She is heavy set older and had dark hair. Beware and make sure u guys bring your own cup holders 😉😂😂

“Ms Kay”, or something along those lines, is an extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant employee. There is never ANY reason an employee should touch a customer trying to shove past them, create a difficult order pick up scenario, and then refuse to give her name afterward. I had to ask a manager for her name because she knew she was being inappropriate in the workplace. Will not return here for fear of being tackled for trying to walk through the restaurant.
I had a great experience at Outback Steakhouse in Destin, FL! The food was excellent—my steak was cooked to perfection, the sides were packed with flavor, and the coconut shrimp was a definite highlight. The service was friendly and attentive without being overwhelming, and the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. Whether you’re in the mood for a great steak or just a laid-back dining experience, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!

Attempted to call and set up time for 13 people to have dinner. I understand it was 9pm and they close at 11pm. Was told, could not accommodate that reservation. Walked in due to being in parking lot and asked if 2 smaller tables could be sat. Was told again that they could not accommodate. Multiple (3) men standing at host stand, with at least 12 cleaned tables scattered throughout the restaurant. Very rude and unprofessional. I would rather go to a McDonalds than have to attend this very unprofessionally ran restaurant.
