The manager here is on a handbook power trip. I told him I was upset he only filled my cup up half way when I asked for no ice and he said “You can take the train and visit pity city but you can’t live there” and proceeded to cite the handbook regarding no-ice beverage requests. This guy is crazy.
Current management needs to GO. Disrespectful to employees and customers. An employee tried to help me with my order and was reprimanded in front of everyone. Very inappropriate
