Recently visited this location. It took them 25 min to get my drive thru order. With only 1 car ahead of me. 25 minutes!!! Other Panera breads have a system that this one seriously seems to lack. Efficiency is not part of their game plan!

Can't really fault the food here. Carb heavy, hearty and certainly filling. My go to is the Tomato soup, normally I have it in the bread bowl, but after several times I've decided that is just too much bread! I opted to add some crazy dipping sandwich with it, which was decent too. Not really sure about dipping it in what appears to be concentrated french onion soup. But I left fully satisfied if not a touch lighter in my wallet. Always remember it being super valued for money but it appears to be getting a little more costly.

My husband and I absolutely love the chicken and wild rice. We call ahead of time to make sure that the soup is thick occasionally it can be runny Billy was awesome today and very helpful I usually speak to her when I’m calling About the soup.
Great customer service. And they really care about the customer. Would recommend Billy she is wonderful

We went to Panera this morning just to get some bagels. The lady working behind the counter was extremely rude to me and my mom. First of all, she was questioning my mom about why she needed a cup when she paid for a drink. And then when we got the cream cheese for our bagels there was mold in one of them. I went back up to the counter and showed her and she said nothing and threw a new cream cheese across the counter at me. Super unpleasant to be around!! I usually love Panera but today was awful! There is another young guy who works there though who is really nice and sweet. Unfortunately our expirience was overall negative though due to the low quality in food and terrible attitude by the lady worker.

The staff was rude at times. One girl even argued with me. The soup was not up to par especially the french onion and by the portion I received I would say I got a cup when I paid for a bowl. My advice, steer clear.

Honestly, we used to go to Panera bread a lot. But it just isn’t as good as it used to be. I got the tomato soup, which is excellent. Ham sandwich wasn’t that good. I neither was my friends. Another thing is it was very confusing. Another restaurant has picked two and the price is clearly written on the board. But I didn’t understand, how it worked and neither did the lady waiting on me. I felt like the portions of meat on the sandwich were not anything like they used to be.

I’ve tried to give this place grace and chance after chance. I’m a local and it just is sad how they always let me down. I don’t know if it’s just always short staffed but the wait times are absurd. I’ve ordered multiple times ahead of time on the mobile app and purposely order it early in order to get it before work and it’s crazy that it’s still not ready. Over 30 minutes to grab an egg soufflé out of the counter is actually crazy. Also, over 20 minute wait times in the drive through is just not okay. I am actually writing this review from being stuck in the drive thru right now waiting for one cup of soup…. It is just sad and unfortunate and I will probably just stop going to this location bc i’m really really tired of it. Like management please get it together.
