Always cold pizza delivered after an hour and half average

Ordered pizza contaminated by bacteria and was sick for days missing work. Not sure if undercooked, sanitary issues with food prep all I know was extremely ill after consuming. I contacted papa John’s support to file a complaint and no one reached me to resolve

Apparently it’s a Door Dash only store. I made an on line order, said 30 minute to pick up. Went back 40 minutes later and was told it would be another hour. No one wearing gloves and place was dirty.

I picked up an order of doordhas I forgot the Pepsi I came back for the Pepsi and they didn't want to help me the Mexican who works ignored me for not speaking English and the woman who was there anyway the two agreed when I only wanted to pick up my Pepsi to leave but I didn't want to take it without permission

This is such a busy little store. Not much room to park but our food was done so quickly it was hot and waiting for us. I had my hands full with my sleeping little one, a delivery person opened the door for me on my way in and the kind gentleman behind the counter carried my pizza out for me. 10/10 service.

Love Papa John’s, but this one has been sketchy the last couple of years. We forgot about the bad service last year and just canceled our order again this year. Ordered online at 4:30 pm for 6:30 pm delivery. App kept saying “out for delivery” and “your order is being prepared.” Called at 6:50 pm to check on order. They said it would be another hour and a half before it would be delivered. From now on we will be supporting local pizza shops in Destin.
Pizza was too rubbery. It could of been cooked longer. It seemed more like a hang out spot. For a group of kids who were up to no good. Doors where locked the whole time. Maybe keep out people who are not buying food and drinks. Suggest...but food was not worth it to me and pizza is my 2nd favorite.

Ordered a pizza tonight and estimated two hours and ended up taking over three. Obviously they’re swamped and we’re starving but the phone guy had such a great attitude. I know it isn’t anyone’s fault but typically customers are met with attitude or no response and whoever did the phones tonight was awesome. Shout out to you!

place is horrible. waited 2 and a half hours for 2 pepperoni pizzas. As of right now it is 20 minutes later than expected on top of the 2 and half hour wait!

This location has terrible customer service. I placed an order at 6:45, with a 45min wait which was no problem. We still didnt receive our pizza by 8:00. I call and all they can say is sorry we are behind. They also use door dash for there delivery service which added a ton of time to this order. Our pizzas finally arrived at 8:35.
