Ordered our dinner through the Papa John’s app. Received a text message from Door Dash asking for our gate code. Order showed delivered and pizza nowhere to be found outside. No one rang our doorbell either. Called and spoke to manager who said he knows who the driver is, but can’t send one of the Papa John’s drivers for “awhile” due to other orders “in front of me.” Order cancelled and refund requested. No dinner and back to square one.

Ordered two pizzas at 7:15. After getting a text saying our order was cancelled, we got a notification our order was being picked up by a Door Dash Driver and would be here at 10:05. Our driver has changed since then. What the actual f? When I called the restaurant after the cancellation text the manager addressed me as “sweetheart” four times. 🙃

I walked in to this restaurant around 920 gentleman told me they where busy and someone would be right with me. 10 minutes pass and he comes back to inform me they would not take my order they where too busy with online orders. I won't be back!
Worst Pizza delivery/service we have ever had. Messed up order, would not refund for missing items, kept our credit card slips, gave no receipt, doughy pizza, manager said “I don’t do refunds.” Ordering Dominoes next time!
