A La Carta
1. Enchilada
Your choice beef, chicken or cheese. Topped with enchilada sauce.
2. Chile con Carne
Mexican style small strips of steak cooked with our special sauce.
3. Chile Relleno
Chee-lays-ray-yah-no. Pablano peppers stuffed with cheese and red sauce on top.
4. Order of Tortillas
3 per order flour, corn, or wheat.
5. Chalupa
Shal-ul-pa. Con tortilla topped with beans, pico de gallo, lettuce, tomato and guacamole.
6. Spanish Rice
Stir fried.
7. Refried Beans
Cooked in oil.
8. Tamale
Dough wrapped around a filling and steamed in a corn husk or banana leaf.
9. Quesadilla
Cooked tortilla that is filled with cheese and folded in half.
10. Beef Tostada
Deep fried tortilla with a variety or toppings.
11. Flauta
Rou-tah. Corn tortilla rolled with shredded beef or chicken, topped with guacamole.

Mezquite Grill
One 1/2 dozen shrimp, carne asada grilled steak, sausage, grilled chicken breast, onions and bell peppers, lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, and pico de gallo included on the side with six corn or flour tortillas. Served with rice and your choice of either charro or refried beans. The best dinner for 2.

This restaurant is top tier in all categories. From being seated to a full closing of transaction. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is always fantastic I highly recommend them.

We come to Destin, FL. every year over the thanksgiving week but, this was our first time at Pedro’s Taco and Tequila Bar & it won’t be our last!!

Drinks; I had a Mango margarita & it was delicious! Medium size is larger than normal with is always a plus.

Chips & salsa; GREAT! (You pay for chips after basket 1 but, they are full baskets & we only had 1 extra.)

Food; I had a grilled chicken quesadilla...

They definitely sell the best Mexican food in the place and what can I say about the service, it is excellent and of quality. Congratulations to my waitress Jennifer who was the best in the service.
