Started out and just got the gelato, which was amazing. The lady behind the counter was so sweet and let me try lots of the flavors! We then shopped around the boardwalk and came back for a personal pizza which was AMAZING!! We got a 7in pepperoni and cheese. I barely had time to grab a picture. We will definitely be coming back!!
Have to say I was pretty disappointed. 1st they tell you only 2 samples/tastes of the gelato per customer. Sorry, but that just doesn't land well. Poverty mentality. Then the scoops are really small! And pretty expensive for small scoops. Lastly, and most importantly, the gelato just wasn't really all that good. If you're going to charge a premium, give small scoops, and limit samples ( which I've never seen before in all my gelato / ice cream days!),...
NNatasha is great in customer service, especially at the counter and offering different ice creams to my child. She always has a smile on her face and is incredibly friendly and helpful. She takes the time to listen to our preferences and suggests the perfect flavors for us. Her knowledge of the different ice cream options is impressive and she always makes sure we leave satisfied. I appreciate her dedication to providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience...
