Ordered a medium thin crust, sausage, marinara sauce, cheese pizza. Very, very dry due to essentially no sauce! Couldn't see any cheese either. Worst pizza we've had in years!

Placed a take out order. After the lady took order and credit card info she advise me that the order went thru and it would be a 95 minutes till I could pick up my order. No warning of the 95 minute wait prior to charging my card. Since it was 8:10 and and I didn’t want to eat at 10:00 pm I told her I wanted to cancel the order she advised me she didn’t have the ability to cancel the order and she would have to put me through to the store to get my order canceled and my refund. I waited 17 minutes on hold till someone answered at the actual store.

After a long day out on the beach, everything was packed so we decided to get pizza, they were super backed up which is understandable but they were super helpful and were able to get us the items we needed. Crystal was a beautiful women and we are very grateful for the service. We need more people like her in the food industry.

Rude staff ignoring their own mask and glove rules!!! The pizza wasn’t the issue, the staff member announcing to the guy before me how he was the smart one ordering online and saving money not realizing I was apparently the dumb one that got charged twice as much apparently for being stupid and dialing a phone because I didn’t have a laptop handy. Not a single staff member in the front or back of the house were wearing masks and apparently don’t like being questioned about it (corporate policy BTW) and tried to ditch the portion of the receipt with the survey on it. Asked for that portion back and I figured out why...half the survey was about the stores hygiene practices. Even got yelled at by the same staff member walking out the door. Pizza Hut lost a customer today. Shame because the pizza was pretty darn good.

Okay, let me preface this by saying that I ordered delivery from here once, months ago, and the pizza got here dry as hell, hard as a rock and not even slightly warm. I thought maybe it was an "off-night" for them and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt (I never complained, as I rarely do this anyway). Today I decided I would go in for their lunch buffet right at noon. It was pretty busy (no effing clue why..? Tourists that have never been here?) and you would THINK that because it's so busy, the food would be warm and fresh tasting, but no. It tasted just like the aforementioned time I ordered delivery. I'm convinced that many of the very little good reviews this place has was written by employees and their friends. I don't expect much for an 8$ buffet, but this was food you feed to the rats and raccoons. At least the water tasted OK !! I can't believe I'm admitting- Cici's pizza and Little Caesar's are even better than this. Eat and support local at Land Shark or Merlin's because it's consistent and so much better.

I realize it's just a Pizza Hut, but it really is the best Pizza Hut ever. We live in NC and travel to Destin 1-3 times a year. There's a running joke in our family about always having to go to Pizza Hut in Destin because they put something in their pizza. You'd think since it's a chain all Pizza Huts should taste the same, but for some reason the pizza just tastes better at this location. The dining room is usually clean, and they typically have great service too.
We wanted to do the lunch buffet but that is only offered on weekdays just FYI! The staff was helpful and kind. The service was relatively fast for waiting on a pizza in a Pizza Hut. The pizza was good but like any carry out pizza I have ever eaten so do not expect something great.

Wanted pizza and thought we would stay with the tried and true Pizza Hut. Great service and pizza was ready quickly. Was not very busy inside, but I think this Pizza Hut is probably more for deliveries in area. Would go again to this one!

Buffet was a joke! Food all looked like it had been sitting awhile. This restaurant was so dirty. Windows, floors, ceilings and restrooms were disgusting. I would never eat here again!!

Don't go here for the buffet. It's only three actual pizzas. The restaurant looks very dated. It needs revamped. The staff seemed friendly though.

We stopped by for lunch and decided to eat from the buffet. The food available was hot and tasty. There just were not many buffet options available. Kids in our family love pizza hut. The adults are not generally big fans due to hygenic concerns noted with many pizza hut restaurants. Fortunately, this Pizza Hut was clean and tidy. I would eat here again.
