We're local and have been in Ruby Slipper every week for well over a year now. I'd have to say that today's experience was the WORST we've ever had. We were seated quickly, but had to wait 10 minutes before our server stopped by our table. We then waited another 10 before water was brought out and our drink order was taken. She waited on the table behind ours (even though they came in 10 minutes after us) before stopping by our table. Our drink order was wrong as half our food order. After waiting over an hour for drinks and food, we just took what we got. Overall, our server was rude, barely checked on us, and not very attentive. Like I said, we're local and down in every week. The server isn't new and we've had better service when they've been busier.

The Ruby Slipper has delicious food. Our group of 7 had assorted b-fast items from their extensive menu and everyone was very pleased. Adding to our experience was a fantastic waitress. Katie was friendly and excellent at keeping coffees and waters refilled. She was simply delightful.

This was an unexpected stop for my wife and I on our anniversary trip. OMG, it was worth it. I'm glad we stumbled into this place. The food was delicious, and the service was amazing as well. We will DEFINITELY be back... maybe even this week, lol! Make sure you get the half priced margaritas 🍹 😋 😉 👌🏾!!

First time here. The food was amazing. Catie recommended the mardi gras beignets, and she is right they are amazing, Food orgasm in my mouth. Then we followed it up with Southern BLTs, Savory is understated. Catie was absolutely amazing.
Found our new brunch spot! Service was very friendly - our bartender Theo was so kind and helpful. Food was out of this world. The bennies and the biscuits and gravy are delicious!

I’m surprised there are so many great reviews. We went in hopeful and left hungry and disappointed. Our food was luke warm at best. Our daughter’s egg looked like it was scooped from a cafeteria tray (versus being freshly cooked). One of the poached egg wasn’t even cooked and the omelet was burnt. The biscuit was so hard I didn’t even taste it and the honey butter was barely mixed. At minimum, serve my food hot and cooked.
