Ruth's Chris Steak House

We've been to Ruth's many times, all over. Service and food always exceptional! We were actually at this Ruth's in Destin 10days before, and I gave a 5* review. This time our server was excellent, however the food, specifically your filets, were subpar. We had to send one back that was well done and was suppose to be medium. Two others should've been sent back as the cook was not what was ordered. Both over done. Definitely not the norm for Ruth's.

I loved the experience, and wherever I travel, if there is a Ruth's Chris, I am going to check it out. Honestly, I have never been disappointed with the food or service.

Dinner was great! I ate from the $55 menu and there was plenty of choices and it was definitely enough to fill you up. Well worth $55. Quick service, very nice.

Everything was fantastic, we had a great table In the wine room they had a very nice four course dinner option which was a great value. Food, drinks and service exceeded expectations. I have often overlooked Ruth Chris when planning a nice dinner but will now move them to the top of my list.

Our Server Amber was attentive and our meal was amazing. We were there to celebrate and with the attention by Amber Lane and quality of the steaks it was a memorable experience. We will definitely be back

Man I hated to leave a negative review but this location was disappointing. The service was sub par, he took for ever to get to us (there wasn’t many people inside) then when we would order drinks or food he would run off before we were finished blatantly in the middle of us not being done ordering. Me and my spouse both got extremely sick that night as well, not sure if it was the food here but I don’t think it was a coincidence either. Anyways, sadly I love Ruth’s Chris but this location was not great and not the Ruth’s Chris service we are use to.

It felt like a hotel lobby inside no real ambiance. Food was very underwhelming in terms of quality and taste. Service was pretty good but I don’t pay $200+ for a smile. Go to McDonalds instead

we ate there three times while we were there because we love everybody in that location not to mention they're the only ones in the country that have their shoes string fries. Great music when they have Michael playing I wish the experience of Ruth Chris was like this in Alpharetta, Georgia

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have never been so disappointed in a very expensive dinner that feels like nothing more than a bad scam. The only thing special about our special occasion is that we got a great laugh at being completely robbed by this restaurant. Here is what we ordered for 2 people. A 6 oz filet, so dry and flavorless that my wife ate 2 bites and gave up. She also got 2 jumbo shrimp. They were clearly had been frozen and rethawed a number of times. We literally had to use the steak knife to saw them and she had to pull the skin out of her mouth it was so leathery. Super over cooked. I got a small 7 oz piece of salmon, super dry, and besides the seasoning, it had little flavor. It came with 3 thumb size pieces of over cooked, obviously from frozen shrimp. We got 4 stuffed mushrooms that taste EXACTLY the same as the frozen ones you buy at publix.

So 7 oz salmon, 6 oz filet, 5 bad shrimp, 4 stuffed mushrooms, a water, and a lemonade............wait for it................$240 with tip.

Let me repeat that.....Two Hundred and Forty bucks.........we had to stop at subway on the way home. I have had 10x better fish and steak and shrimp out of food trucks for $20.

Ridiculously over priced for the worst seafood and steak Ive ever had.

The French fries had way too much pepper on them , placed by kitchen staff. The bread wasn’t warmed and overall lacked the high quality expected at a Ruth Chris. So somewhat disappointing.

NY strip arrived sizzling and perfectly MR. Mashed potatoes were savory.bread-homemade. Great restaraunt, great food.

First time to eat at Ruth's Chris and was pleasantly surprised! Food was exceptional and would expect nothing less for the price. Service was excellent! Great place for special occasions.

Our server was Tara and she was absolutely amazing. She knew the menu items like the back of her hand and recommended great dishes. We never sat with empty plates or empty glasses. Definitely will be back to see her!
