Great service and nice place. The staff helped me coordinate an event for a group and it went very well.

Food was so very disappointing!! I’ve been coming here for over 7 years and for some reason this year was a huge disappointment. Spent over $400 and the sides were trash. We got the lobster mac n cheese - came out with NO sauce, totally dry. The sweet potato casserole was average at best (and usually that’s my favorite side). I took only one bite of the au gratin potatoes and didn’t touch them again. I’ve ordered all the same exact food for multiple years and it’s always been FANTASTIC until this year. Very disappointing and sad to say we won’t be back next year. I added bleu cheese crust to my steak and had maybe 4 pieces of bleu cheese on my steak. For the money spent, the quality should be better. I don’t know what happened this year but I wish I would’ve gone somewhere else, maybe then the money spent would’ve been worth it. Steak was cooked appropriately! The server was nice!

Ruth Chris doesn’t hold back, you know exactly what to expect when you get here. Quality food, amazing service and a great atmosphere. The wine room looks amazing and all the decorations are fantastic. While the place was really busy you really couldn’t hear anyone else conversations and it still remained elegant with your friends and family. They decorated the table for the event that was being celebrated and the staff was very attentive and made sure that their service didn’t interrupt your privacy. The manager checked on all the tables and the staff knew their menu back and front. Everything being a la carte seems expensive but all their sides are for 2+. They also have the fixed price which includes a protein, appetizer, limited side selection and a dealers choice dessert. Will cost 100+ here but if you want a nice evening out, it’s worth it.

This place is wonderful. The staff is amazing. We dined for our anniversary last night and every single moment was perfect. I thoroughly respect how proficient each employee was to ensure we were satisfied and well cared for during our dining experience.

Great experience, however it's always disappointing to be charged a corking fee when your tab is several $$

Took my fiance here for date night and it was absolutely incredible from the service to the food!

This was not an great experience for us, and we've eaten at this location and other Ruth's Chris location many times before. We had about 10 minutes to eat our salads before they brought out the entrees. When I mentioned to the waiter that we felt rushed along and that we weren't finished with our salads, there was no acknowledgement of the situation or even a hint of an apology. He actually didn't come by to ask us anything once the entrees arrived and afterwards. You would expect more from a fine dining restaurant and for the price.

while my strip steak was cooked to the proper temperature, the quality of the steak seemed to be choice grade at best. i would expect prime beef at ruth's chris, or at the very least a high end Choice grade. there was no marbling, tough chew, rather dry and somewhat flavorless. highly disappointed in this experience at what is usually a very good steak house experience for us.

Our family stays in Destin for winter vacation every year and we love to visit your location as we love Ruth's Chris Steak House. We've been to many, but yours is special, you are our favorite, cozy, romantic, nice and clean. My dad, my wife, and I always get the ribeye, never disappoints! My mom loves your stuffed chicken! Tok forever to get just 2 steak and Brussels sprouts. 45 minutes . And the restaurant is 1/4 fool. Never again 😞

I've made better steaks in a tethlon pan in my kitchen. Ordered a medium rare ribeye and got a very overcooked leather boot. There wasn't even a hint of pink. By the time I got a new one everyone else was done eating. Even when it was cooked correctly the flavor was just mediocre. I'd expect for a $100 meal it wouldn't taste like they dropped it on the floor then flopped it on a plate. They did comp my meal but I ended up only eating a small amount anyways since it didn't taste great to begin with. Wouldn't recommend. You could get a better steak and experience at Texas roadhouse, longhorn, heck probably even hooters lol.
