Ordered the bacon smash burger that stated on the menu that there were piles of bacon. Received my sandwich and there was one piece of bacon on the burger. $10 hamburger that was no better than going to a Wendy’s.

If you are not open, keep your doors locked. Also, you are not serving true smash burgers. You should be ashamed calling them that. I expect crispy edges. Freddy's does a better smash burger. Also, no french fries is a huge letdown. Maybe try a different store manager that can order supplies correctly. Kitchen staff arguing with the server over our missing order and would not give it to him, I had to threaten a refund request, and then it came right out.

I recently went to Smashburger and wanted to try something new. Upon walking in I was greeted by the GM Michael he was so sweet and said if I needed anything to let him know. Once I got my food Michael then came and checked on me and asked how's the food and if I needed anything at all. 10/10 would recommend this location staff is so sweet and Michael is running a great staff

Michael at the Legendary Dr location was extremely friendly and helpful during our visit. I had never been before and he was able to offer me suggestions and went above to be a great server. The location was good and the atmosphere was amazing.....10/10 recommend and I will visit again
