Pulled up at 7:15 PM. On website and door states they are open till 8PM. Workers were sitting inside at the tables, with the lights out, doors locked. I knocked and workers literally just sat there shaking their heads no and wouldn’t open the door. Another company with absolutely NO customer service.

This was by far the BEST service I’ve ever had at Smoothie King!!! Didn’t get his name but he took my order with such detail to ensure my smoothie was right. Another customer came in to get her daughter’s online order corrected. He remade the order and then revised it at the customer’s last minute request. Awesome service from this young man. Great job!!!

Maui was absolutely stellar, best service I’ve ever had!! But the AC was broken!! 88 degrees inside!!! Bless Maui and his coworkers heart! It was nicer outside! I couldn’t leave fast enough, come on Smoothie King, not enough money in the budget for reasonable working conditions for your workers??
