Drive thru out of order. Bathroom out of order. Menu board/ card reader out of order. Filthy parking lot. Advised of 5-10 min wait. 20 minutes later 1 milkshake arrived. Unacceptable experience in every way(

What is going in at this place? The last several times we have been there the monitors are all broken and no one answers. If they do answer after a very long time they never bring you anything. We live here and wont be coming back now for a long time till you get this fixed.

First, we pulled into three different stalls with broken screens. Then we gave up and went through the drive through. It was out of order. We then parked and pushed the button in the middle stall by the picnic table. We waited 15 minutes with the button flashing, nobody answered. Gave up and went somewhere else. Worst sonic we’ve ever experienced.

Waited 5+ minutes at the stall AFTER pressing the red button, no response. Went to the drive through, the speaker at the menu was broke, waited another 6 minutes with only one car in front of us before leaving without ordering.
Multiple other screens were off, broke or otherwise not functional.
Skip this location, you've been warned.

Waited to be served for 20 minutes. Still haven’t been served at the time of writing. Flagged down a guy after he gave an order to someone next to us who showed up 10 minutes after we did. I just wanted to get a happy hour drink, but did not realize I needed a reservation…

P.S. Only two people on shift at 3:00 on a Saturday…bit of an oversight for whoever does the scheduling.

Never had an experience like this at a Sonic. We placed a mobile order around lunchtime, checked in at a stall, and waited about 20 minutes before pushing the button to check on our order. After about 10 more minutes of waiting for someone to come over the speaker, we were over it and just wanted to cancel. At this point, we’d been waiting for 30 minutes and still no answer on the speaker. I called the support number in the app and spoke with someone in customer service who assured me she could cancel my order and initiate a refund. Not sure what’s going on at this sonic, but this seems to be common at this location. We should’ve read reviews before coming.

Ordered online, went to go pick it up and the staff told us to pull forward and the food would be out shortly. After waiting 30 minutes, we received cold food and watered down drinks. Super disappointed due to this being our only chance to try Sonic since we’re on vacation. Definitely left a poor taste in our mouths (literally and figuratively).
