I placed an order through the app, I’m assuming the ice cream machine was cleaned and they did not want to use it. However, they gave my my receipt, said they could not make the ice cream and to call the number. I did not leave a big tip, but i tipped. And basically got 16 dollars stole from me. They said they could not process a refund, but they marked the order like they were bringing me my food. That leads me to thing it was something sketchy. Oh well, i just would think a restaurant in a tourist town would be a little more professional. This is why i eat at home.

I write this review with measured restraint. During a recent visit to Sonic, I requested a small cup of ice cream but was instead offered a pup cup. While this error alone was minor, it was exacerbated by the employee’s rude and hostile demeanor, which made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. In an ironic twist, the pup cup seemed better suited to the individual behind the counter, whose lack of professionalism stood in stark contrast to the courtesy expected in customer service. Sonic’s reputation for friendliness made this encounter particularly disappointing. I hope this feedback prompts reflection on employee selection and training, ensuring future staff demonstrate a level of civility and reasoning that exceeds that of the animals for whom pup cups are intended.

sonicdrivein in Destin Fl is absolutely horrible with their service. Placed an online order, arrived 3 min after time it was to be ready. When I checked in they started the order then and even when ready still hadn't brought it out after over 10 min. 20 min later I left with no food and hungry. This wasn't the first, second nor the third time this has happened, but it will be the last!

Don’t waste your time with this sonic. It took them 25 minutes to give me a chicken sandwich. The lady at the drive thru yelled from the window to have me come down because her “head set was dead”. She had no personality and didn’t apologize for the wait. The food wasn’t even hot. Disappointed.

Waited for over 20 minutes for order to be taken. To find out their head sets are down when walking up to the door to see what was going on. Horrible experience. We will never visit this location again. Horrible wait times, non working equipment,and under staffed.

The workers here all work very hard, especially during the summer when it gets packed. One person that stands out is James, I’ve came here a few times over the months and every time he works super hard and gives exceptional service. I appreciate you guys!
Ordered online got it out quickly to us. This is our go to for sonic because the one by our house is horrible in gulf breeze

Took 45 mins to get a hotdog and a drink. Service is horrible, employees don’t seem to care at all. Place will be closed soon. Sell it, fix it or shut it down.
