Time after time I keep forgetting how long it takes to order here. Definitely not a fast food restaurant. I have gotten food faster at an actual restaurant than here. Waited about 30 min before I left the drive thru lane. Overheard someone saying they have been waiting for an hour for their food. They need to shutdown if they are not willing to work on solving their service issues.

This Sonic is the worst. 0/10 would not recommend. Every time I've tried stopping there in the last 3 years, they say they are short-handed and either not getting orders out for 20 minutes + or not accepting orders. I tried to go last night, and the drive-thru speaker was closed. A note on the menu said to drive up to the window or go to a stall. Some cars were already in line for the window, so we went to the stall. I noticed a few cars changing stalls, and when I realized we had been waiting 10 minutes at the stall after pressing the button, I called the store to see if it was working. The lady who answered hung up on me after I asked! Then I heard her answer the speaker next to me for a car that had just driven up. So we left. I keep hoping that the right changes will be made and it will be a functioning restaurant again. Ill try again another time. My kids and I like Sonic, I worked at one while I was in High School, so it's a craving from time to time.

This Sonic loses so much money due to the fact that the app wasn’t working for a long time and the sheer frustration of always having to wait for long periods of time. It’s the only one near me, but every single time I go it’s incredibly slow. I honestly don’t know how it’s still in business other than the closest one is in FWB. I ordered on the app today and had to drive in and out of stalls 3 times to find one that was on. I feel sorry for the mgr Lindsay that’s as nice as she can be, but always gets stuck w angry customers. Last week I sat in the drive thru line for 10 mins before I decided to drive up to the window. The person behind me left. It’s as if the owner could care less bc it’s been happening for years!

Consistently the worst Sonic ever. Over the past 6 years, stopped a handful of times and it’s always the same. Understaffed, food wrong or cold. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

This is honestly the worst sonic I have ever been to in my life. I wish I could leave a 0 star review. They take at least 15 minutes to get your food to you and will full on forget about you while you are in line. And when you order it takes them like 10 minutes just to take your order. This is a waste of space in Destin.

Had multiple pieces or brown hair in my food absolutely disgusting
Waited 24 minutes for our drink order. Placed an app order. Screen said carhop was on the way at 4 minutes. Took another 20 before anyone arrived and she only had half the order. She also couldn't read the ticket and just handed us the drinks to figure it out on our own. I don't even know if we got the right order. Took another five minutes to get my daughter's drink. Won't be back.

They wouldn't answer the call button, and people were driving off . We left and will never go back .Multiple kiosks were out of order, had to move twice and waited after multiple button pushes, wouldn't answer, so we left and went to Smash Burger. Best decision all week. Zero all the way.
