I just left this store because the employees made my entire family leave because they wanted to close at 2 however the website said 6pm. I ask the guy his name and he said none of your business. I would tell people to not come to this location. Very rude

ordered a venti sugar cookie iced latte and the drink was only filled up 75%. did not want to complain in store bc i work in the commons as well. i just want to pay for a venti drink and get a venti drink.

If the staff (young girl) isn’t willing to provide service, she might as well go home and rest. The tone and manners used when speaking to customers should be much better. I was just standing there for a moment deciding on the cup size, yet the staff raised their voice at me. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I ordered a vanilla protein latte and and wasn't sure how they were supposed to be made since they are so new. I watched him pour 2% milk in and just protein foam on top. I later looked on menu & realized he made me a vanilla cream protein latte where it's was just the protein foam. I didn't go back to complain, wish I did, but just please make sure the baristas know the correct menu 😁

If you're not interested in working in the service industry, then perhaps it's best to reconsider your position. The male employee at the register displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor, which was quite off-putting. While the barista prepared our drinks, she overheard my comment about the guy's behavior towards my daughter. This seemed to resonate with her, as she abruptly placed our drinks on the table, muttering our names without making any eye contact or showing any care. It's disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism, especially when the café wasn't busy, and we weren't responding with negativity.

Today August 23th at 6:40 pm my wife asked for a glass of water and they told me that if I don't buy anything I don't have the right to have it. We've bought from them countless times, but this is the first and last time we'll ever set foot in any Starbucks.

If I could give a zero I would. The older lady that took my order was more worried about not taking my order and talking to the other employees and upselling than accuratelytaking my order. They messed my order up twice so at that point I just trashed the drink and and left. Don't waste your time or money.

I’m not a fan of Starbucks coffee but will drink the blonde roast (black) on occasion. This little Starbucks is 5 stars and nothing against the staff but I will no longer drink any Starbucks without bringing my own mug. I recently learned it is a policy to use 2 cups to serve some of the coffee which is served at a high temperature. While I understand this, I just can not stomach throwing away 2 cups when coffee cup waste is already atrocious. Thank you Starbucks for motivating me to never purchase another one of your throw away cups.
