Second time tried to pick up in drive through line. This time We selected pick up at the drive thru on the app. Was told that we needed to make the order 5-10 minutes before picking up. Other locations have no problem with picking up by drive thru. It seems to me that the app should be easier than taking the order at the window.

In all fairness the coffee was satisfactory.

Pretty decent Starbucks. Just like in other locations, the staff works fast and efficiently. The only downside is the high volume of orders — sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes, especially during peak hours. Other than that, it’s a solid place for a quick coffee.

Don’t ask to add something to your order bc even when they aren’t busy they will tell you no and to go back through the drive thru to add ONE thing.

Time for a change at this location. 45 min wait times, constantly out of product, drive thru shut down, cash only transactions. The real problem is the mobile orders are slowing everything down and perhaps more staff is needed.

This Starbucks has had the drive thru closed and only accepting cash for the entire week we’ve been here visiting on vacation. I luckily brought cash and went inside only to not be greeted by the cashier for 5 minutes because she was counting money… Person in front of me pays and the cashier struggles for another 5 minutes to open coin wraps. I walked out frustrated without a coffee and wasted 10 minutes of my life.

Wanted to buy just a discovery mug, they had a huge line all the way to the door, I asked the cashier if I can buy it drive through so i didn’t have to wait… they said i can not, I will have to stay in line, and their also credit card transaction was out service… cash only. 🤷‍♂️

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday since I work close by. I wanted to share that a girl named Allyson that works there makes the most delicious coffee!! Thank you for making my mornings better!

Purchased 2 gr blonde latte with light foam. Got 2 vanilla with foam. When I politely asked for 1 of them to be remade without the syrup. The manger was abrupt and seemingly irritated. The barista remade with heavy foam. When I asked if if cold be light she took a spoon scooped back the foam and said, that's light. Not impressed and will not be back. 👎

The white chocolate mocha was weak and not sweet! I can’t seeing paying this amount and not get coffee to taste good!
They also didn’t write down one of the first coffees we ordered! And said mistakes happen! lol so we waited!
