It took 30 minutes to get our drink and they were just standing there and did not make the drink right and then told me that they did not have any expresso and they were more worried about the drive through more then the line of customers in the lobby and they did not tell us the were out of most ingredients after paying for

this starbucks is my go to! the staff are SO friendly and the service is amazing! The last time i ordered there was the cutest joke written on my cup that i didn’t see until later and it added a little bit of sunshine to the rainy day we had.

How i can order my cold brew add heavy cream FOAM through a drive thru speaker and it comes out perfect everytime and the one time i go in and order it inside wait 30 min for it just to be wrong is beyond
