I’ve been to this Starbucks multiple times. My most recent experience I gave the lady 10$ my drink was about 6$. She shut the window and walked off. Didn’t even hand me my change or offer it. I always tip but a 4$ tip without even asking me seems a bit ridiculous. I should be receiving my change and if I decide to tip I can but I shouldn’t be forced. The experience put me off I probably won’t return. The drink was fine overall.

The website says they are open until 6 pm however they turned my family down at 2 o’clock and made our family leave. I ask the man that answered the phone what his name was and he said it was none of my business then hung up on me.

I accidentally purchased whole bean Starbucks at Publix. The very kind person at Starbucks ( and I apologize for not knowing your name ) told me they would grind the beans for me. I was just there at 5:30am because I desperately needed coffee. I went back around 10:00. And just like that, they did. Thank you so much!

I ordered 30 minutes ahead of when I needed to pick up my coffee the latest and I asked about it after 45 minutes and someone said they made it but someone took my coffee and Matt was a really big help and made my coffee for me really fast and was super nice and helpful

Sat here in drive through after I ordered for at least 10 minutes. Wonder if it could be the employees playing around inside. She was laughing while taking my order and asked me five times what did I say. She couldn’t understand anything and is not familiar with drinks because when I asked her what drink they had with the word crunch in it. She didn’t know

Purchased 4 items. A pumpkin spice coffee, black nitro cold brew, bacon egg and cheese sandwich, and a cake pop. This shop is extremely unorganized and all items came out at different random times. First was the pumpkin spice drink (which was the most complicated of my order). Next the breakfast sandwich several minutes later. Finally, I asked about my cold brew and cake pop. They said they do them in the order they come out. I said I ordered them all together and that made no sense. I was given an extreme attitude and not offered any reasonable explanation for the delays. I received my cold brew several minutes later and had to ask again about the cake pop which was given to me with attitude. This location should focus on completing orders as a whole and not just randomly completing tasks. This is so unorganized and total chaos. Several people expressed dissatisfaction, including one guy who just walked out because they missed his order completely. Management should review its processes and fix this immediately.

We went through the drive thru and ordered to tomato and mozzarella sandwiches and two drinks. We confirmed with the worker that there was two but he only gave us one and said he only. When we tried to order the other one he said he couldn’t ring it up at that kiosk. What I don’t understand is how is he ringing in orders for the drive thru if he can’t ring that in with us right there….
