Went in to get a Chicken Bacon Ranch for dinner and when we got to the veggies, the lady counted out 4 pickles. When I asked for more she laughed at me and said only 2 more. Everything else about the sandwich was normal, didn't ask for anything else extra. Guess its not 'Have it your way' anymore. Dissapointed.

Never ever place an online order at this location or they WILL scam you. Not nice not twice, but three times now this has happened with or without tip. If I’m paying 13 dollars for a sandwich, an extra 1.50 for more turkey, plus tip I expect more than one layer of turkey. I don’t know what kind of person you have to be to consistently serve food like this to people, but whoever keeps doing it deserves to be fired or to be fed like this for the rest of their life.

I pull in 10 min before closing to grab a quick sandwich and they tell me they are closed as a customer had just walked out when I was walking in. Then they proceed to tell me they are allowed to close 15 min before closing time.

I place a mobile pick up order on here by mistake (when i already was in another subway). Which i tried to contact to fix, all day long and didn’t get any answer. Also the app doesn’t allow you to cancel, and the costume service is a joke. I never could pick that up and they marked as i did. I just want my money back, i do have the receipt and proof that i never picked up (because i did order again from the location in miramar) But never could cancel the one in destin.

I'm hoping it was only an off day for the person working but this was not a positive experience. We placed a pickup order. It was missing a pizza. When I told her she made another one but forgot the toppings. Then when I finally got it and we hit the road....the 2 boxes of cookies I ordered were not even the cookies I ordered. My guess she didn't want to make the cookies I ordered, so chocolate chip it is. This was my son's request for a special night and he almost didn't get his pizza and he didn't get the cookies he worked super hard for. I'm sorry if you had a bad day but my son deserved those cookies.

I was on vacation in Destin and was craving Subway so I went. I walk in and am greeted with absolute silence as I wait for this lady to finish filling a tub of mayonnaise. I stand for about 5 minutes waiting with NO WORDS SAID. this lady then, her name is Alicia, asked me what I would like. I tell her what I want and again no words are said. She did not even ask if I would like my sandwich heated or toasted and she also proceeded to not speak. She put the wrong cheese and the wrong bread on my sandwich and put it in the heater without asking anything first so I did not want to make her redo my sandwich at that point. I could get past all of that, until I ask for two cookies. I then step away to fill my fountain drink while she loads my bag and I come back and pay. No “have a good day!” or “Thanks for coming!”, just silence. I get back to my condo and find no cookies despite being charged for cookies. Please take this woman’s job away as she has no care or respect for others or her job. She does not deserve to be working for Subway and she ruined my night.

Due to stomach issues I haven’t been to subway in a long while especially for my FAVORITE meatball sandwich ?? a few years meaning 7-8 tbh. Today I finally went in and got my meatball sandwich but asked for light meat sauce and I’m at home atm enjoying it! ?? absolutely PERFECT! In the past it’d be dripping still but the lady that put it together tonight made it perfectly! Thank you majorly miss ???
Showed up at 6:30. All the chairs are up and the girl said the dining room is closed because they close at 8. Why do you close the dining room at 6:30 if it closes at 8. We left. Terrible attitude.

I love the food here it's great for a quick meal while you're on the go that's not greasy. Their cookies are good but do seem like they have been sitting there a while, but all and all would recommend to satisfy your hunger.
