The waitress was playing. We ordered a hamburger meals and two cups of gumbo. They gave us two bowls instead of cups. The gumbo was so spicy and it looked like Lima beans soup. It doesn’t not even look like a New Orleans gumbo. We couldn’t even eat it. The hamburger was supposed to be medium rare. It came out overcooked and dry. We never go back there again. Thanks!

Let me first say that the service was good. Servers were friendly and attentive. The food was horribly over priced considering there was nothing special about it. The venue is on the water and it's a neat area but I wouldn't go back.

We ordered 2 oysters Rockefeller and when they brought them out, they looked as they put burnt stove top dressing on top of the oysters, they were terrible! We tried a couple, but when I discovered that one did not even have an oyster, it was just stuffing on a shell, we sent them back! When our meals got there, the fish tasted old, my son went to the restroom to vomit and my wife got sick during her meal, we called for boxes and our check! NEVER AGAIN!!!

This is a fun spot that had live music and good food and a great view. The fish sandwich was delicious and had a huge piece of fish! We would go back!

No matter the place was full, the host sit us very fast!! A lot people celebrating bachelorette parties!! Our server was very nice! The food was amazing!! We ordered fry fish plate and shrimp plate. Very good both!! The fish was fresh!! My teenager ordered chicken fingers and looks like was good because they ate all.

1st visit here on vacation. Food and service was great. We started with spinach and artichoke dip which was great. I had the AJ's shrimp Orleans. Tasted good. Now for the drinks. I had a couple of lavaflow frozen drinks. The drinks were so underpoured I tasted no liquor and for $15 for the 1st one and then $13 for the 2nd one I was disappointed. $116 for 1 app, 2 dinners and 2 drinks. Atleast the drinks could of been poured correctly. Menu is overpriced. Won't catch me back here

1st time here. Food was really good. Came out fresh & hot. Our waiter was not good. He took our order & brought our check. Never checked on us again. Another server brought our food out. We had to stop another server to ask for napkins, and never got a single refill on our drinks. Our drinks were about empty by the time the food arrived. The service made the experience bad. I would have loved some tarter sauce with my fries & fried shrimp, or even a drink with my meal. With so many seafood places in the area I’ll probably try somewhere else next time. We ate early evening and it was not busy at all. Our server was too busy socializing to check on us.

Mediocre food quality at the best . Fast service . WItress got mad when I questioned all the add on fees . Auto % for party of 6 . Then harbor fee then non cash fee . I said to her I knew it was not her fault but since there were so many gees I could not tip more than the automatic 20 percent . She le let me know it was not her fault . I knew that already but I was already charged %25. Won’t come back due to these fees and her attitude . Too many other options to get mediocre food .

My friends and I come together once a year for special time together. We decided to go to dinner at AJ's tonight. Waitstaff was inattentive and management was worse. I paid $53 for a shrimp basket and appetizer. The cocktail was horrible and I was told they would not remake the drink, nor remove it from my tab. I will never return! Manager's name was Dallas and she is definitely not concerned with customer satisfaction.

Great lunch and service. Fernando had wonderful recommendations. Plenty of food for the reasonable price. Don’t miss the Frozen Bushwhacker with the edible chocolate straw. A nice finish to the meal.

People spend thousands of dollars on their vacation and to have one employee ruin a Friday night is terrible and because of one exceptionally rude bartender I will never tip at AJ's again nor should anyone else until they do something about their rude employees instead of defending them. I was patiently waiting in line at the bar and when I finally got to the front of the line the male bartender calls to a young girl behind me and takes her order? I said "dude I'm standing right here" and this guy went off on me loudly and concluded his tirade by telling me if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else. The moment I spoke up and told him how rude that was he motioned over the bouncer and kicked me out. The bouncer was a very nice guy. I told him outside what had happened and he said he would go back in and talk to the bartender but he came back later and said he wouldn't change his mind. Thus bartender was trying to impress the girls and was way out of bounds. I know he had to have done this kind of thing before and will do it again. So do not tip at AJ's until the management and other employees point these bad apples out and finally get rid of them. That bartender should never be near another customer again or ruin another vacation night for anyone else as there seems to be a culture of rudeness at this mismanaged restaurant.

We can’t to AJ’s the enjoy the seafood boils on Sunday. The service was absolutely terrible. Marie was our server and made us feel like a bother the entire time. Once we reciprocated her energy is when she started to drop the attitude. The food runner was not any better and slid our seafood boils across the table and walked away to the back of the restaurant and sat on her phone. I guess our boils interrupted her tiktok time. To make it even better we ordered a Moscow mule that had entire mint plant and six limes. This staff really needs some excitement in their life. We will not be returning.
