Ordered 1 beefy 5 layer burrito, took 20 minutes to get it. Nobody in the store 2 cars in the drive through. Buddy of mine ordered a taco meal. Waited 37 minutes before it was brought out. This place is a joke and it dang sure ain't fast food. Do better people please do better

The drive through kiosk is fully automated and it’s horrible. It doesn’t understand your order and the volume is ridiculously high. Kept rushing us to make the order and the food, inevitably, came out wrong. Will not be returning to this sorry excuse of a location. I feel bad for some hungry beach goer who has to endure the auditory artillery late at night

Just pulled out of the drive-through line at 10:34 PM. Been sitting there for about six minutes when somebody came out and informed me They were closed. I understand cutting out early but closing 35 minutes before You’re supposed to.?!

This is one of the worst fast-food locations I've seen in my life. The staff are beyond rude and enept at thier job. I mean I've never had a person open a window and go straight to talking smack. The food is awful. They give you stale tortillas, overcooked inadequate protein, and the veggies are never fresh. It's the kind of place that's so terrible it's ruining your reputation as a chain. Makes me not want to order tacobell from any locations period I'd this is tolerated at even one location. Again lots of emphasis on the horrible, rude, and inept the staff are at this location. Real bottom of the barrel type people.

Placed order on kiosk because workers wouldn’t take it. Pressed cash option and no one came and took my money. Waited a solid 7 minutes no one came and workers were in the back on there phone. One lady was FaceTiming her friend or mom. Only people in the store and I can see why. Never coming back
