Love the Chicken Cantina Bowl - JUST YUM ! Add some crunch with Tortilla chips, or enjoyed as is > EXCELLENT MEAL. JESSICA W. was WONDERFUL to me.. I flew all day, while SICKER than earlier. She listened - THAT MATTERS at Taco Bell, Hwy 98 (Destin), AND esp in LIFE ! I requested NO ice, to keep the Mt. Dew for later, & was THRILLED to see SHE LISTENED to me. IT'S THE SMALL THINGS IN LIFE THAT MATTER MOST - moreso when you're tired & sick. š·

Probably the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. Made a mistake on the kiosk, accidentally pressed two icees, they hadn't even made them but they wouldn't refund me. The overall atmosphere inside is quite dreary, and the customer service is completely lacking. I'd recommend to find another spot. I think Taco Bell corporate has gone too far with their attempts to automate everything.

We ordered it for a lil late night sweet treat and we got 2 cinnamon twists which they brought but my friend got another cinnamon thing and they forgot it! Then she got a taco and they messed it up. The final straw was we ordered two large Baja blasts bc weāre addicted AND THEY BROUGHT A PEE BAJA BLAST. oml i cannot do this bro

Costumer service is bad for me at night. I pull up at the intercom and I ordered a $5 deluxe box asked to modify the beefy burrito add rice AI said, āIām sorry, but I donāt understand. Is that everything for you?ā So I go up to the window and told them to add rice and the guy at the window got assertive with me saying, āok next time if youāre going to add something, you need to say that through the intercomā. I got angry and told them that AI doesnāt know how to change or modify anything and he continued arguing with me about rice. Maybe REPLACE AI with actual costumer service so you wouldnāt waste your time making an incorrect burrito that I didnāt ask for

Without Toni this location just isnāt the same, I canāt remember the last time Iāve seen her here. But it used to be one of my favorite parts of coming to this location. The service sucks and my order is never right. She used to always have this amazing attitude and made the service feel special. Not to mention my order was always right and she gave extra sauce. Please get more associates that are excited and happy to work at Taco Bell.

The difference between the day shift and night shift here is wild. Day time Is great and fast, the night time shift however, itās laughable. If you donāt have 45 minutes to spare, donāt even try. Sad thing is itās been this way for 3 years atleast now, doesnāt seem to be getting any better, no managers seen around, just doesnāt seem like that hard of a fix. this Taco Bell just canāt seem to get a good night crew/mgmt :(

When i ordered the nacho fries the last 2 times I got the crappy hard over cooked fries, (great way to get rid of them by the way) but when I order reg nacho fries they are normal and good? This needs to be fixed if yr upper management reading this, shouldn't the customer get the same when they are paying their hard earned money? Again that's twice in a row now, Bad mgmt

We went to Taco Bell on a Sunday night and it was AMAZING. The robot wasnāt working for us, so we went up to the window and Jessie was there and was the best server Iāve had in a LONG TIME. Truly is so good at her job and just overall fun and happy. Highly recommend you go by and see Jessie. She deserves a raise!!
