Always get the orders wrong. Last week we literally had to wait for almost an hour. They remade our order twice and still gave us someone else's order. They aren't preparing the food correctly for example 3 times now the chicken enchilada burrito has no enchilada sauce but when I take it to them they roll their eyes and ask what's wrong with it now. Then after giving us the wrong food 3 times they say they aren't giving us our food we had ordered and paid for. They say they already gave us food three times, I said well three times you're giving us someone else's bag. I only wanted what we paid for and still never got it right after an hour.

this taco bell has horrible service everyone has an attitude and they do not care to satisfy the customer. I asked for 3 waters and they told me no. I offered to pay for the drink cups and they told me they could only give me one water per car. that is ridiculous I will not be back

Want to wait online for half hour when no one else is in line. this is the place for you, if you don't order with the ai on the intercom, takes forever for a person to actually communicate with you.

I went to put in an order for me my daughter and wife and the lady was VERY rude and when I went to continue my order (I had only put in 2 things) she told me to pull up very rudely and when I said I wasn’t finished she just said PULL UP even louder I will not be returning to this location very disappointed and left dissatisfied

Do not come here no matter how hungry or desperate you get in Destin. The customer service is as bad as it gets, and it took me 20 mins to get my food after I asked 4 times. Once I got my food, my entire order was wrong. It almost felt intentional. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
