A really packed restaurant targeting tourists. The one lady at the front was really quite rude when I asked if there was outdoor seating. I didnt even catch it because I was overwhelmed by the sheer amount of noise in the place, but my husband and another lady customer noticed. Outdoor seating was closed due to it being closed, which i get. Our waitress was fantastic. She was so great, I hate that I cant remember her name. Grouper sandwich was average. Gumbo was good. Prices are high, but i imagine thats all of Destin.

Granny On the GO!
For 30ish years, The Back Porch has always been a great Go To. At times, it can be extremely crowded but it's never been an issue for us. Windows open, on the beach, casual eatery with yummy food. Looking for upscale ~ keep looking ~ there are lots of places. Great place to catch the game while eating at the bar. This tradition, this place and the Blackened Grouper Sandwich never disappoint.
