Great Ice cream and great service!
Went in and the young man behind the counter came in while we were looking at the flavors, and he leaned against the counter and chewed on his fingernails..then without washing his hands proceeded to dip our icecream, handle the cones, icecream dipper, and other equipment with those same hands, ungloved. I then decided not to eat the cone and considered not eating the icecream. I would recommend that he be trained on food safety and handling as well as customer service training.

I got the roadrunner raspberry and it was good! Customer service was a 2/10. They weren’t rude but they had NO ENTHUSIASM. Ice cream was overpriced.

The young lady who made my cone did it all sloppily. Not pressed and leaning, would've fallen. Politely asked her to please press it down and she didn't look quite happy about it. Charged me both cones and my friend was paying hers separately. Just left it like that, didn't want to cause any inconvenience.

Only flaw is no free samples! The key lime is decent but didn’t have the tartness that I hoped for. 2 waffle cones and a medium cup was $22.

Neat ice cream shop with a clean restaurant for dine-in! My kids loved it!
Kid-friendliness: Kids shows were on TV the whole time and had some fun spots for pics in the restaurant!

Came here on vacation and was pleasantly surprised by the fun and upbeat staff and environment the bright colors and many fun options of ice cream to choose from make this a perfect instagramable spot to check out will definitely be back
The BEST ice cream in Destin ! Hands down the biggest and best banana splits EVER ! Workers are so friendly and helpful we will continue to go here every year !
