I have been to Skybar the past 2 Saturday's with a friend. Atmosphere is good, live music was good. My only issue was the kitchen needs to work on there timing and favors. We had baked oyster and fish taco's. Taco's can out to at the same time as oysters. Not a fan of cold taco's.
The Edge has a great setting in Destin on the wharf. We ate on the main floor. My grouper moreno was very good. The waiter said I could substitute the mashed potatoes for the rice. I did that. I got the brussel sprouts for my vegetable. We started with the smoked mahi. It was tasty.
The upstairs bar was nice with live music. Downside it is $25 a person if someone does not make it to your reservation.
