I have a serious matter from New Year Eve involving this company and I have been reaching out for a whole week, 7 days and not 1 time have anyone answered! It's crazy that an establishment don't answer their phone or answer emails back! My tag number didn't get put in the system properly to validate or parking after we bought a drink to get our parking validated! WE GOT A PARKING TICKET FROM THE RENTAL COMPANY BUT WAS TOLD OUR PARKING WAS VALIDATED DUE TO IT BEING NEW YEAR THEY WEREN'T WORRIED ABOUT THE PARKING AND BECAUSE WE BOUGHT A DRINK AFTER THE CRUISE! NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE OR CALL BACK AND THIS IS A SERIOUS MATTER! I DON'T HAVE $134.48 FOR A PARKING TICKET! THOSE ARE WITH THE FEES THE RENTAL CAR COMPANY ADDED BECAUSE THEY HAD TO PAY IT! I NEED SOME RESOLVE FOR THIS PROBLEM, I SHOULDN'T EVEN HAVE! WE BOUGHT THE DRINK! PREMIUM PARKING VIOLATED US! THE COMPANY IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH THE GOVERNMENT IS WHAT THE WEBSITE SAY!

I don’t leave many reviews. This place is such a gem. Truly the best Hamburger/Fries combo I have ever had. I try to eat healthy and avoid that particular combination so when I do I want something legendary. This combo is legendary. The burger is perfectly structured and neat, with nothing falling out the sides. The fries, whoa! Did they invent this particular cut? They are always perfect. I went to Belgium over the summer where fries are a cultural phenomenon. These fries are equivalent. Please don’t ever change things.
First thing its the end of December and it's cold at night (50 degrees this night). The restaurant had an open air feel with large gaps in the plastic walls so be prepared to eat in your outerwear in the winter. I had the chicken tacos, great flavor. 3/$17.00. The water flavor is poor, normal for a smaller place without fancy filters (I assume). There were 2, 5 person + parties and a smaller table, service could have been better. 15 minutes to get drinks, 20 minutes to get lemons to flavor the awful water, they said they were out of lemons and brought lime but lemon was on one of the plates. 🤔 Atmosphere is cute, I like the padded banquet of seating along the back wall.

I just want to start this by saying yes, we did know it’s an open atmosphere. However, we thought with it feeling like 30* outside there would be some heat on and the open part being closed. Boy were we wrong. We froze the entire time. I even heard the young child at the table next to ours saying how cold he was. Our server was nice, but we were one of two tables there and it took 15 minutes for me to get a sweet tea and others that were with us had to ask twice for lemons, only to be told 20 minutes later that they were out of lemons, so here’s some limes. Imagine our surprise when one of the dishes came out with lemons. It took my husband about 20 minutes to get his bottled corona. It seemed like the thought was to wait until all the drinks were ready, for both tables, and then bring everything out.
The food was pretty good, that’s where there’s three stars. Overall, it was not worth the price. $10 for a hot dog is outrageous. 2 adults and 1 four year old was $60. I’m sure this place is good in better weather, but I would steer clear during the winter. With us being from out of town, but choose Destin often for a getaway, we won’t be back.
