The Palms Coffeehouse

To call this a coffeehouse is a stretch. It is a report bar/restaurant that has coffee.
Staff was friendly. It is nice inside for sure.
But I wanted a cappuccino and was asked 16 or 20 oz. Which is just to say it is not a coffeehouse. But if all you want is a flavored weak latte, it is fine.

Coffee was terrible! So sugary I had to throw it out, and go somewhere else! Older blonde lady with glasses -hostess was not very nice either.

I’ve came here twice in the last couple years, when visiting Destin. And both times were great! The drink I got was delicious and very well made! The barista, Jackie was amazing. She had such a great personality and just overall has amazing customer service. She makes you want to come back! I will continue to come here every time I visit!

Second year eating here and they have great service and our waiter Brandon was very professional and constantly made sure we were satisfied! Highly recommend!

Great coffee, chill vibe, and great service. We had the islander and salty coconut. Both drinks were great! Highly recommend trying this place.

I always get The Islander and it's amazing. Those girls never fail to make the best coffees! Danica in particular always ensures I have a great experience, and makes me laugh. The vibe inside is also amazing.

The Palms Bistro & Good Vibes Bar I am Still Waiting to Be Paid For Work For The Contest Back In OCTOBER Of 2024. after Forcing Me To Wait Till After The 1st Of The Year Now You Will Not Return MY Messages. I Did The Work Over 3 Long Months Of Work For The Contest Not To Mention The 18-20Hrs I put in That Day. After All They Have Put M Through With This Makes Me Wonder If The Winners Of The Contest Got Paid..... In The Over 25yrs. I Have Been Running Karaoke/DJ I Have Never Had To Deal With Anything Like This. I Am Appalled At A High Dollar Company That Wants To Stiff The Little Man. PAY ME!!!!!!!!!

they hired someone to do a Karaoke contest Countless hours of work for this contest multiple different days driving to and from using his equipment, setting it up multiple hours of doing the singing contest. They never paid him for any of it. I am starting to bet that they didn't even pay the winner. They are crooks Who I would never give my business to. Why Would anyone want to go to an establishment That is trying to take money from a small business ! horrible people would not recommend

We showed up at their designated hours and walked in. Not a soul in sight. Boxes strewn inside. One guest at the hotel told us they hadn’t been open the day before, but no one knew why. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and disappointing.

Stopped in for a quick coffee today, had the caramel macchiato. It was so good! Cool atmosphere as well as friendly service! Didn’t happen to get food, but the menu looked good! Definetely a nice spot to grab a coffee!

Arrived at 8:05 for breakfast. There was only one staff member there. The place was trashed from the night before. Nothing had been cleaned. Old food and spills all over the floor. Looked like an abandoned diner in a back alley. Took an hour to get food. The biscuits and gravy are terrible and at an inflated price because it’s a resort. I don’t mind paying resort cost but I should get resort quality for the price. The silverware was still dirty. All condiments were left out from night before to include mayo that looked spoiled. The one staff member present did a great job trying to make the best of the situation but this was an awful experience overall.
