The Palms Bistro & Good Vibes Bar I am Still Waiting to Be Paid For Work For The Contest Back In OCTOBER Of 2024. after Forcing Me To Wait Till After The 1st Of The Year Now You Will Not Return MY Messages. I Did The Work Over 3 Long Months Of Work For The Contest Not To Mention The 18-20Hrs I put in That Day. After All They Have Put M Through With This Makes Me Wonder If The Winners Of The Contest Got Paid..... In The Over 25yrs. I Have Been Running Karaoke/DJ I Have Never Had To Deal With Anything Like This. I Am Appalled At A High Dollar Company That Wants To Stiff The Little Man. PAY ME!!!!!!!!!

they hired someone to do a Karaoke contest Countless hours of work for this contest multiple different days driving to and from using his equipment, setting it up multiple hours of doing the singing contest. They never paid him for any of it. I am starting to bet that they didn't even pay the winner. They are crooks Who I would never give my business to. Why Would anyone want to go to an establishment That is trying to take money from a small business ! horrible people would not recommend

Came in about 1200. No one to seat my self and my girlfriend. Walked to the coffee bar where the girl working got us seats.
Their “award winning burger” wasn’t worthy of being on the menu.
I do not recommend.

Got there at 9:30 on a Sunday morning. Hardly anyone in the restaurant, maybe 10 people. After 45 minutes we asked where our food was and the waitress apologized and said it should be out soon. After waiting an hour we left. Terrible kitchen service! Description says "laid back"...well no service is too laid back for me!

Love it! It’s really turned around and become an awesome place with amazing vibes, delicious food and fun events like karaoke and game days! 1,000% recommend! Jeremy is amazing!

Me and my wife stopped by here for the first time. When we walked in there was nobody at the front desk to seat us until another employee from another area saw us and found us a seat. Our server trinity was nice and got our orders very quickly had the bang shrimp which was pretty bad would not reccomend. I had the chedder bacon burger and my wife had the protagonist which where good and fries where the best part. The waitress disappeared and never refilled our waters. Also found chewed up gum on our pepper shaker which was gross. And when the lady brought us our check she dissapered again and no where to be seen where my wife and i had to go hunt somebody down so we can pay and leave.Me and my wife will not be returning.

We went for dinner one day
Burger was great. Service was good. Good vibes ice tea was great. We came back 2 days later and had tacos. They were fantastic! Had barria and chicken. Rum runners were great. Drinks and food reasonable. Thank you to Seth for great service. We didn't stay here but atmosphere was friendly

I don’t know if they need more help ,but ordered queso and never got it burger was ok but not for$18.Was charged a resort fee that was a shocker will never go back,also when I came out of the restaurant they’re sprinkler system was soaking my vehicle

Food was okay. Service was barely decent. But what topped it all off was “Jeremy” whoever that may be, making inappropriate
comments to another employee who seemed to be under him. Asking if he was going to (pleasure himself) when he got home. While I was eating with my mother, who also heard.

I feel bad giving 2 stars when we didn't eat here, but the vibes here were just very off. We were seated inside and it was dark, & only one other party was in there for dinner. The waiters just sat and stared and it just felt very odd and off. We ended up getting up and leaving before we ordered food. I would not recommend this place for dinner. Maybe it's fine if you're staying at the resort, but the feeling and tone was just off.

I am a wingssssss guy - this place def has top of the line wings

Ask for (their buffalo sauce is the keyyy)
- buffalo wings
- extra crispy
- extra sauces
- extra side cup of sauce

You will not regret!!

Rude/unpleasant employees at the bar. Still tipped them $10 for a $30 to go order ( just to make them see how their prejudices were unnecessary) . Upon leaving, I asked the hostess for a restaurant manager, but she said Brittany left for the day . so here I am posting instead.
I kind of feel sorry for the karaoke DJ and the pasta bar guy.They can happily get more customers and earn so much more money if they were in a different atmosphere. They look miserable… which is understandable .

Phenomenal staff and excellent food. The Jamaican jerk shrimp tacos were so good, I'm going to have to come back for just those tacos.
