Love this place! There’s always good vibes, good food and good fun! It’s family friendly because they have a restaurant attached. There’s also cool games you can play and they have great music weekdays and on the weekends! They’re customer service is fast and friendly! Great job guys! Keep it up!

Vaulted ceiling restaurant with outdoor resort pool bar attached featuring straight forward meals full of flavor.Ordered chicken fajitas; they came out steaming and delicious. The peppers were fresh, the chicken was tender, and the seasoning was on point. There's also arcade games and a cool view of the high rise condos.

Went in on a weekday, around noon time. Definitely understaffed but still received great service. I recommend the Nachos with Birria and the Mojito with mango, so delicious ! Even the iced coffee is great, definitely better than

The Palms Bistro was a hit!Upon arrival manager came and seated us himself, so kind and made great recommendations. Our server was super sweet and took good care of us.The bistro itself has a great vibe and the bar in the back is nice. Also has a coffee shop we will have to come back and try.The food was amazing. The Birria Spring Rolls were to die for 11/10!We had Birria tacos, Birria Pizza, Gluten Free / Dairy Free Birria. Pizza on a Cauliflower Crust, a cheese pizza, and Birria fries. All were so good. Cannot recommend this place enough.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and Dairy free options were great!

Ordered the tacos oh my amazing ! Great price on Tuesdays 1/2 price. Late night easy especially if you're staying on-sight. And did I mention that the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Stayed at The Palms. The first night we came here, the server was pleasant. The food took a long time to arrive; all we ordered was burgers. They were meh. Wanted to sit outside, but the music was too loud. The second time we came for dinner, the hostess had an IQ of 40, and the waitress's was slightly better, but not by far. Not sure what qualifications are on the job description to work here, but certainly not professionalism, attentiveness, or basic communication skills. Culinary expertise - absent. Everything tastes like cardboard.

The coffee shop is a cool little hang out spot. The decor I loved! The Palms coffee was my favorite and the Salty Coconut. Cant wait to be there again next year. The service was great.

I am very disappointed with the service. All I wanted was a to go order, but it took 35 minutes to get attended and another 30 min to get my order. Waitress didn't even acknowledge my presence until later. Not even a heads up. "we are going to take a while." They were clearly understaffed from the looks of it, but still. Let the people know so it doesn't feel like they dont exist when waiting to get attended. "Under new management" ? doesn't feel like it. The environment was great, though.

Was never acknowledged by the host despite being the only people in line, and the host looking at us but then looking down again, never saying anything. I went up and engaged him.Restaurant is advertised as being open until 11pm, but we were treated like we were an inconvenience to the staff when we tried to order food at 9pm. Maybe the host was just trying to be apologetic for the wait time, but I got the impression that we weren't wanted there. There were empty tables everywhere but it was a 40-minute wait to be seated. Got the vibe from the host like 'yeah we could probably accomodate you if we have to, but it'll be a while'.The karaoke was also blasting loud enough to hurt the ears. After an ordeal of finding the place (didnt realize it's in a hotel), we left hungry.Updated kitchen hours online would be appreciated, if the kitchen closes earlier than the bar. I'm still not sure whether or not that's the case but if so, we would have gone earlier. It didn't seem busy, so maybe they were just short-staffed or something?

This is my second year staying at the Palms and I always look forward to eating at the Bistro! The Bangin’ Shrimp is my favorite and I always get it but today I decided to try the birria quesadilla was just as pleased! Holly was our server and she beyond met expectations. We hope to see her again during our stay!

Not vegetarian friendly and straightup refused for substitutions. Server said we don’t have anything vegetarian except a pizza. We also wanted to order a grilled chicken taco (not on menu) since they did have grilled and fried chicken option for Ceasar salad. They said they can’t make grilled chicken taco. We settled with just appetizers and had to find a different place for main course.
