The Pancakery is an amazing local gem right in the heart of Destin, FL! It’s locally owned and operated, and you can tell by the quality and passion in every dish. We loved it so much we ate here four days in a row, even bringing local friends along on the last day! Their crepes are absolutely perfect, but my personal favorite was the grilled shrimp omelette with feta cheese. I wasn’t sure how the flavors would work, but it was a fantastic surprise—so good I ordered it two days in a row! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable breakfast spot in Destin.
