The Pancakery is an amazing local gem right in the heart of Destin, FL! It’s locally owned and operated, and you can tell by the quality and passion in every dish. We loved it so much we ate here four days in a row, even bringing local friends along on the last day! Their crepes are absolutely perfect, but my personal favorite was the grilled shrimp omelette with feta cheese. I wasn’t sure how the flavors would work, but it was a fantastic surprise—so good I ordered it two...
It's ok. My husband enjoyed the pancakes. But I ordered the hottest sausage sandwich with a salad. I love the sausage because it's Pattons' brand from New Orleans. However, my tomato was bigger than the patty. They should definitely serve 2 patties. The salad and ranch were bland. The wait time wasn't bad, and we sat outside.
Good experience overall. Small inside dining room. Outdoor seating available. Plenty of good food. Prices can add up quickly for a family. Large, tasty, omelettes. Large selection of pancakes.
