This place was terrible. Service was slow and unprofessional. When we got the bill we were charged 64 dollars for a class of wine. How could they make a mistake when the place had not even 18 customers and 5 wait staff. One staff was clueless on what to do. Questions ( for the owner) This is. 5 class resort, do you train your staff?. You can charge 20 dollars a glass that is not even good wine. We had espresso martini with gin ( menu indicated vodka). How do you justify your prices?

Service is horrible and they don’t care. Had to get my own set up, water. They said the had crackers for gluten free they did not, they brought potato chips. They never came to clear the table, we had to ask for a box which was ripped, after 45 minutes we finally got someone and they told us to go to the bar and pay. Seriously insulting.

We had a couple of drinks while watching the sunset. Great view looking towards the west over the state park and into the gulf.
We came in with our bachelorette party and, despite the place not being busy, we watched the waitstaff openly argue over who would take our table. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional, setting the tone for the rest of our experience. Unfortunately, the service didn’t improve from there—once we received our food and drinks, no one checked on us, and the staff wasn’t friendly. Overall, it left us disappointed.

Stunning views stunning service, the only thing is it’s very confusing figuring out if you’re supposed to order from the bar or sit and be taken care of. A lot of people around us the whole week were also confused as to where to sit when you walk in. I’m sure there are simple solutions a cute sign, a cute greeting but to avoid unnecessary bad comments and customers we need to avoid the confusion. The girls up here are sweet as sugar and the view is ever better !
