The Spice & Tea Exchange of Destin

I used to love going in to try a new cup of tea and browsing for gifts. I was so excited this last time and brought a friend to share the experience. We browsed the store and then waited at the tea counter hoping someone would come and chat us up and make us some tea. The girl sat behind a desk in the back and quietly observed us instead of greeting us and helping us. What if we wanted to make purchases where was the manager or Jen the owner to help us? So disappointed. Not worth stopping in.

Shop is never open as advertised due to short staffing issues, per hand written sign. Very disappointing when I drive 35 miles round trip to specifically go for tea. Wonderful selection when you can find it open.

Aspyn is one of this shops best employees hands down! She has a great attitude every time we come in and is a wonderful source of all tea and spice information! She answered all the questions my husband and i had and made us both lemon drop teas we did one hot and one cold and both cups were splendid. We also bought some blueberry matcha powder and i finally got to using it today and its amazing very tasty! Best place to shop for all teas and spice!

The guy working today was very thoughtful and helpful me and my wife enjoyed his wealth of information and told us about most if not all the opinions

i’ve been visiting this store for a while, they are always so helpful and very kind. all of the teas i’ve tried have been delicious and i also enjoy their sugars and whipped honeys. usually i’ll get a brewed tea at the counter as well and they’re always happy to make it.

The first time I went in i was super impressed with the store. Absolutely loved it. They made me a hot tea and I was so grateful since I was having some horrible allergies that day.The next day I went in again to get some hot tea and was told they do not do that there by a male employee. When I repeatedly stated it had been done for me the day before. He said the tea is made in another country not in store and if I wanted to I could take it home and make it myself.I haven't been treated so rudely by an employee of a store in quite some time.The store itself is great but I was super disappointed to be told repeatedly it was impossible for them to make me hot tea. I ended up walking out empty handed and definitely disappointed.I may or may not be back. Haven't decided yet.

We were on vacation and stopped by this fabulous store. My daughter had never been in a store like it. Now she makes tea for us every day.

NOT GOOD QUALITY ! NOT ORGANIC! THEY USE ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS AND COLORING!!!

Always love going to these places. I visit a new one every time I find one because they are all different as they are independently owned from one another. They are always a 5 either way.

Great loose leaf tea and spice shop! Associates were very knowledgeable of all their products and super helpful with any questions I had. Most definitely my new favorite loose leaf tea shop!

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Cathy. Her knowledge of spices was contagious and she had a great personality as well. It is a very interesting store and we had such a wonderful experience.

ALWAYS great people and service at this store ?! I've been coming here for several years now and will continue to do so after the level of service today. Thanks again.
