Sunday July 6th 2025. We rolled in hot with a crew of 17 people, and The Yard handled it like pros! We ordered all kinds of wild, specialty milkshakes, and I was blown away by how fast and accurate every single order came out. The service was hands-down the best we’ve experienced at any shake shop. Even the other one in Gulf Shores AL! Friendly staff, top-tier efficiency, and delicious treats all around. Hats off to the team—y’all crushed it!

The customer service at this place was the absolute worst. They acted as if we were putting them out, by just being there. Employees texting on their phones while patrons waiting in line. The cleanliness of the store was disgusting. Location; 4419 Commons Dr. E, Destin Fl I'll never go back.

I ordered the cheesecake cookie crunch milkshake and my boyfriend ordered the old-fashioned banana split milkshake. The milkshakes are super eye-catching, but I was disappointed about the consistency and flavor. It was super runny and had a watery consistency. It nearly tasted like plain milk too, bland. I could've had a milkshake elsewhere, and I'm sure it would've tasted ten times better but cost more than half the price of these.

This place is amazing! The staff were super friendly and made all of our ice cream orders look exactly like the pictures online!! We will be back in September!!! Thank you guys again!! The kids loved it! I got the Cookie Monster and they kept asking me why did I eat a Smurf?! 🤣

I have a dairy allergy, and I was so excited to come back every year to have an amazingly beautiful, yummy dairy-free milkshake with my family and not feel left out. I recommended The Yard in all my dairy-free sites I follow. Sadly, when we came tonight, we found out dairy-free items are no longer offered, so I just watched my family eat theirs.
It’s been 2 years since we had visited The Yard in Destin. Last time we were here the place was amazing. This time it was an awful experience. Employees were extremely rude and wouldn’t even say two words to you. We had a descent sized group and a few of the employees just kept looking at us and giving bad looks. The ice cream was good, customer service was terrible.

AMAZING Experience!! We came in to celebrate a birthday and Vinroy made it an extra special experience. Our daughter was overjoyed with her treats and he even played her Happy Birthday! Vinroy is an artist with his craft and made this a very memorable experience!! Definitely recommend and we will come back!

Everyone has a bad day and I think this was the case the day I visited. A young lady was “holding down the fort” all by herself and there were several customers there. Perhaps it was scaled down staff due to it being off season. I would likely give them another chance if I am in the area because of this.

It’s just blue bell ice cream, like it’s a fun one time experience but I will never go again 🤣 this thing of ice cream was $14! I could’ve made like 20 of these for that much 🤣 anyway, fun to do on vaca but once in a life experience!
