Tried calling several times and got no response! We were coming down for a beach day and decided to order wings for lunch but they NEVER answered their phone. I tried their website number, googles number, the Wingstop apps number, and the number that pops up on the GPS & NOTHING! We ended up going to Hooters.

I guess this place is closed down or the workers just don't want to do orders I have no clue . Went in last night because they wouldn't pick up the phone at 8pm on Friday and there were people in there and they said it's closed. Now today no response at 12pm. I don't know what's going on but this really sucks. I use to come here a lot . Oh well.

This wing stop is pretty run-down. The light above the menu was not working, the room was 80+ degrees, and the workers had a very negative attitude. Workers on their phones and wearing sandals, they hang out and talk. The wait was an hour. The drink machine is facing the employees so you can't refill your own drink (which they forgot to give to everyone at checkout). They don't really care about their job and I don't blame them. Definitely an ownership issue. It's fast food quality with a sit down wait. They are also stopping taking orders at 7:27pm when they close at 11pm

DO NOT GO HERE!!! By far one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a wingstop. It took over an hour just to get our food, it would make sense if there was two employees but there were about 7 back there. My boyfriend was ignored twice by two separate employees when he spoke coherently to each simply asking if, one our order was ready (after the hour mark) and two for plates. Also as we were waiting we saw a roach crawl across the kitchen floor. If you want terrible service, rude employees, a ridiculous wait, this is the place for you to go.

This place can't get any worse. Manager is rude and argumentative. Refused a refund for incorrect order. Wouldn't take a carry out order in the store. So I had to place the order on my phone (while sitting in the store). Then I look at the food it's not what was not what I ordered.
Bridget was awesome. Her customer service was impeccable and the food hit th spot! Give that woman a raise! She deserves it :-)

I can't believe I wasted my calories on this meal lmfaooo. These wings were the worst wings I have ever had in my life, I was hurt while eating these. Normally Wing Stop has some fire wings with more flavor. These wings were terrible.

The absolute worst experience I ever had. I will never step foot in this place again! I was spoken to very rudely and disrespectfully by an employee named Egzon. I asked for my wings extra well done when I placed my order, and when I spoke with him and told him they weren't done enough he told me that they were. He said he cooked them 13 minutes and he refused to recook them or prepare another order. I told him I couldn't eat them like that and I didn't want them. He grabbed them and said what so you want me to do about it and threw them in the trash. I was not going to continue the back and forth exchange with him so I just asked for his name. After asking several times he pointed to a sign on the wall. The cashier Sara was no help she also ignored my request when I asked her for his name. I left the store with no food after spending $13.95. I will never return to this location.
