Had a birthday party here at the Destin location for my 12-year-old son and it was great! I didn’t do the birthday package because the price is OUTRAGEOUS. Just go in and have your party and spend a whole lot less. You don’t even get a private room with the party package so why does it cost so much? I posted a pic of the run-down of the cost for people who may be interested. Mind you, this is for only 1 hour of bowling. We had 12 people, but only 6 bowlers, a bunch of food and drinks and one very nice lady named Dawn (I think) was constantly going back and forth for us. She was absolutely great. Someone give her a raise or something. They even let us stay in the bowling area after our hour was up and have the cake I brought in. It was all a great experience and that hour seemed to go by fast so I will definitely be coming back. We’ll probably do 2 hours next time because time flies when you’re having fun.
Other notable points:
-The pizza is OUTSTANDING! The burger and fries too. The RANCH! 🤤 Probably all the food is good but those I tried.
-The Fish Bowl drink was good. Will get a lightweight tipsy.
-Lane bumpers are either up for everyone or down for everyone. An attendant has to come over and manually put the bumpers up.
-Don’t use the “Call Waitstaff” button on the lane controls. Apparently that calls the front counter. Your waitress will keep coming back regardless.
-Customer service was just outstanding. All very nice people. That’s what matters the most.

I might consider buying the party package in the future if they lower the cost. Other locations actually have a private room for the party but not Destin.
