I chose the "Cast Iron Bavette Steak" entrée before I arrived for my reservation. I did this because I knew from perusing their incredible online website menu beforehand that I would be hard pressed to make a decision if I waited until I arrived. It was so delicious, so savory, and its ingredients so perfectly balanced that I savored every single bite with absolute relish.
For beverages, I first had the "Emerald Coast" and then the "Spicy Tropic." Both were excellent , but the latter was my favorite. It paired well with my
meal, as the former did well as an apéritif.
You will NOT be disappointed!

This place is all of the absolutely best vibes! I travel a good bit and have had some excellent vegan meals in restaurants from Los Angeles to Nashville, to New Orleans and more, but Vibe Vegan Bistro is my favorite!
The space is cozy and intimate. Staff are all super friendly and service is excellent. And Chef Amy and the kitchen staff turn out some truly incredible meals! Unlike a lot of other vegan options or vegan-only restaurants, this is more of a fine dining experience. I've got nothing against some quick-service burgers/sandwiches with fries or soul food, both of which are common finds on plant based menus. Food at Vibe Bistro reaches a level beyond comparison, though. I'm omni, but my wife has been vegan for over 20 years, and it's remarkable that we each love this restaurant so much.
Our first trip was for brunch and I've posted some pictures of our choices. We shared the chocolate hazelnut croffle and brisket bene. Both were fabulous. That sunny side up egg is magical! The next day we came back for dinner and shared the fig and bleu cheese crostini appetizer, Korean BBQ with grit cake and coconut collard greens, and eggplant parmesan, then finished off a creme brulee for dessert. Words don't do this place justice. Go there. Take your friends. Even the most ardent non-vegans will find several items that they'll fall in love with. We're planning extra trips to the area just to have date nights here!

My husband and I enjoyed our meal at Vibe. I am gluten free and there were options on the menu that accommodated my sensitivity. My husband had the French dip and loved the taste and texture of the plant based protein. I had the SW bowl with gluten free bread. The bowl was very tasty and the toast was one of the best gluten free bread I have ever had. I also enjoyed a cold brew with vanilla cold foam, so yummy. The coffee was excellent! The chef Amy is so talented. Our server Cara was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and helpful. We will return. Love Vibe❤️
So glad we were able to have dinner here. Staff were so great and helpful when trying to decide on dishes! Appetizer and entrees were amazing! If you’re in the area it’s a must stop.

Went here today. Food was amazing!! I have brought friends and family here that are not vegans or vegetarians and they really liked the food. So it’s great to bring people with different diets. Yes it’s vegan but It’s not granola at all. Owner is cool and walks around talking to guests. A very warm welcome. Easy parking. Easy to find. Generous portions. Prices make sense for what you’re getting. Clean nice atmosphere. And again, great food!! 10/10

My family and I absolutely love Vibe. We have been plant based for quite a while now and it can be challenging sometimes to find a quality dining experience that we can enjoy. Vibe satisfies that need. The quality of the food is top notch and it is so full of flavor that anyone, even non-vegans, will love it.
