I chose the "Cast Iron Bavette Steak" entrée before I arrived for my reservation. I did this because I knew from perusing their incredible online website menu beforehand that I would be hard pressed to make a decision if I waited until I arrived. It was so delicious, so savory, and its ingredients so perfectly balanced that I savored every single bite with absolute relish.

WOW. One of the best vegan restaurants I've been to, and DEFINITELY the best I've been to in Florida. So many unique options - especially the CROFFLES! So good that after having lunch there we went back for dinner the same day.
This place is all of the absolutely best vibes! I travel a good bit and have had some excellent vegan meals in restaurants from Los Angeles to Nashville, to New Orleans and more, but Vibe Vegan Bistro is my favorite!
