Excited to try it never got the chance. We went in weren't greeted. It was really hot like the ac was at the minimum there was one party ahead of us but only one person working. We just left they need more hands on deck.
This place is good one star cause it shouldn’t take 15 minutes to order when there’s only 2 people here. Also maybe yall should have 2 people on NOT one person

The place is beautiful, it’s such a beachy and good vibe. The customer service is great also.
It’s a shame cause the customer service is amazing, BUT the AC has been out for months and the ice cream melts before you can eat it. Standing in line is miserable. Don’t understand how owners could let the place go like that and how the workers can stand it

I’ve come here twice and both times the employees were rude. The blonde Eastern European lady has a miserable attitude as if you’re inconveniencing her by simply being there. My previous visit, the Jamaican employee was taking a call on speakerphone as she prepared my order. Unprofessional/rude employees ruin the experience.
Overpriced and the saleswoman was rude when she didn't clarify my daughter's order and messed it up and had to redo it.
Don’t play the claw machine it’s a scam watch video the claw picks up the item and before it moves to bring it over it opens again and drops it right back in the same place did this three times employee was irritated that he had to get off phone to make our 3 smoothies and the other lady just sat on her phone sofa that they have is disgustingly dirty and it was just as hot inside as outside we live here and won’t ever return to this place unfortunately it won’t allow me to add the video only a picture of the scam game go figure
