I am writing to report an extremely unprofessional and disrespectful interaction my fiancé and I experienced with an employee working the night shift around 12:00 a.m. To help identify the individual, she spoke with a very noticeable accent and was clearly not originally from the United States. I am not mentioning physical appearance because that is unnecessary — what matters is her behavior. Her tone, attitude, and lack of basic customer service were unacceptable. In our 29 years, we have never encountered someone so rude in a customer-facing role. No business should have an employee representing them who speaks to customers in such a dismissive and disrespectful manner. It was absolutely ridiculous and left both of us shocked. I am taking the time to write this because this type of conduct should not be tolerated, and I would not want any other customers to be treated the way we were. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

I eat here often lately due to an unfortunate situation and low funds.
The staff is rude but I have seen an increase in how quickly they're getting orders out.
I also eat frequently from a different location and somehow the quality in this food is much worse. The staff has no pride or dignity in the food they're serving people.
In my opinion, Wendy's has great food but it can only be as great as the effort the staff puts into it.
I'm here an hour past the time they're suppose to open. Mobile ordering active but not a car in the parking lot and lights are off.
Wendys, maybe being more selective on who you're choosing to hire would help make things better for all of us.

Read all other reviews! It's true, this place does suck. Nasty lady taking order at drive thru literally did not sound like she wanted to work let alone take your order. When this happens, best to just cancel and go somewhere else. How dare you charge over .50 cents for 1X BBQ sauce all because you're too lazy to just put one in the bag. No other Wendy's does that. And the chicken asiago was dry from sitting too long. Ill pin this location to never make the mistake coming to this one again.

It is hit or miss usually. The food was good today but I ordered a Dave's double and received a single. But it was good.

The lady who took my order was very rude and kept talking to someone whilst taking my order, then when i pulled up to pay four girls were sitting there chatting. They didn’t even notice I was there. Only one person was cooking and that same person was serving the food as-well. My food was also burnt to a crisp, I can’t blame that young lady though since she is the only one doing anything.
Very clean. Nice staff and good food. Restrooms are for one person at a time,but the restrooms are large and very clean. There are tables as well as booths. I noticed that some staff could speak and understand Spanish. They have a sofa machine where you can chooses different sodas and add flavors.

We went to the Destin Wendy's where there were 9 cars in line, not moving at all. Tried to go inside to order at the counter. The door was locked. What on earth!!!!!! We left.
