The food was ok but the service was horrible. My order was missing cheese I went back in with the bag I was given. When they gave me my food it had cheese but the fries were gone and it had chicken tenders and a cookie. I just gave up. They were very very busy.

Wanted to thank ALEXIS ! We came in at one am. after a competition with a huge order for an entire crew. Alexis was Patience, funny and meticulous in ensuring everyone’s order was correct. Was incredibly engaging double checked everything herself personally. And was an absolute delight. Hard to find good customer service, but Alexis is an absolute gem in this regard.

The food at Whataburger is always amazing, but the best part of this restaurant was not even the food. Josh may just be the best man to have ever stepped foot in that door. This guy has got the greatest jokes, and is overall just very funny too. Ever since seeing this Whataburger man, my life has changed for the better. You don't see a guy like this just every day. Great choice of top 10 marvel characters too. I think it's easy to say that he's with them til' the end of the line!

I’ve actually only been to whataburger one another time and it’s been 7 years, but this was a really great experience. Their grilled chicken salad was amazing, my kids loved their kids meals, fries were good, my husband loved his burger, and everything tasted fresh.
The service was great and honestly it felt a step above other fast food chains. We’ll def be back!

The people in the morning are very rude and hateful and if you shut your engine off at the drive-through they make you pull forward so you can’t hear them running their mouth about you. It’s funny they won’t make you pull forward if you don’t shut your engine off. Got yelled at on the speaker one morning because the lady couldn’t understand me. Whataburger’s corporation does not take customer complaints seriously not even the home office based in Texas even if you file a complaint with the department of agriculture, Whataburger will do absolutely nothing to address any issue and the company just needs a new CEO and change of leadership at all their locations nationwide!
